I've eaten as various Lotus locations & the food is very constant. The food is always good. However, the service is very slow. I ended up running out of time & wasn't able to dine in.

Order here often but yesterday was different. I ordered 3 loud packs for me and my daughters. They only gave us one crack sauce I guess to share instead of the normal one per loud packs. The rice tasted different n looked different but we were all extremely hungry so we ate it. Today all three of us are are up chucking at both ends… I’m not sure if y’all hired a inexperienced cook or changed your food safety standards but I unfortunately will not be coming back to this location.

Ordered Remix wings online and when I got the food, the wings were dry, I order two loud packs and one with extra egg and more meat and they both look the same and has only one egg

First time dining. I don't need to return. ALL the fried food in my box tasted the same and I don't recommend it. They don't serve iced tea so in asking for plain water they hand me a kiddie cup? How much does a full size styrofoam cup cost as they hand out for soda drinks? Seriously? Might as well charge for refills on soda drinks. At least the water tasted normal.

I ordered some food last night and had requested and paid for extra chicken, extra shrimp and extra crawfish in both my gumbo and fried rice as well as extra eggs in my fried rice. None of that happened. On top of that, when the Dasher went to pick up my food they had to leave cuz it took so long for them to prepare it. So a second Dasher had to come and pick up the food. Will not be ordering from them again as it was not worth the wait and the incorrect order.

Speaking as a driver for multiple apps, this is the worst spot to pick up from. There’s always an excessive wait time, they rarely seek to help. You give them the name of the order and they say to wait, and when the order comes out, they don’t say anything just places it on the table and go back to the kitchen. It’s always packed with drivers for the same reason, they never call out any names and never try to actually help. It’s jus mad annoying, treat us like we ain’t even there, when we have to go drop off food got talks customers! Make it make sense.

Second time trying this location and the food taste like water. The gumbo isn’t good. Maybe try a different sausage brand. Season the shrimp!! The Wendy’s I got next door for my kids were much better than the lotus Tbh
