Mai Thai of Silverlake

Had the noodle chicken noodle soup, it was ok chicken was alittle over cooked, warning if they fix you a dish it will very hard to switch meal, over look inside nice, ran out of tea at table never came to see if I needed refills. Probably be my first and last visit.

Stop here almost anytime I pass by!Food is so fresh and the best I’ve had in this genre, I love the variety available here.The owner is a great guy and cares about having great food to serve.Stop in and Say Hi, Get the egg rolls and a cold beer or glass of wineYou’ll know the rest of the food will be just as good!

Excellent food! Great atmosphere! Great taste! We had the chicken spring rolls, flat noodles, and salmon ginger sauce. Everything came out very good and i have to rate this as best tasting thai food in the area. Will come back again and refer others here!

I went to have take out and order wait time the owner said 15-20 min so I waited but it took more than 40 min to get the food. He served food for the party of 3 people who came 15 min after me before me. He said all the dishes can be made spicy and not even one dish was spicy. The basil and chilli beef did not have any chilli or basil and it was just beef mixed with raw beans and cooked carrot with some sauce in it which they just added to it without even sautéing it. The spoil roll did not taste good at all.. I thought atleast the food will be good even the wait was 40 min. Wasted 40 dollars for the bad service and bad food.

I've eaten here multiple times and keep coming back for the delicious Thai food. It's so good I haven't had a chance to try the Vietnamese offerings! The owner is always so friendly and the service is incredible. I love seeing family-owned restaurants like this in Pearland.

Interesting selection of dishes. Had pad Thai and the mai Thai fish. Both were good. Service was excellent. Prices are slightly high but that's pretty much true everywhere now.

Me and my husband had dinner today at Mai Thai and we are extremely satisfied. It felt like home cooked food made with love. We met Simon (owner) and Lucy (chef), they are so nice. They helped us to get vegetarian meal. We loved it. We gonna come back soon.

My wife and I been to Mai Thai a few times already and every time we come we enjoy their food, but today I try their General Tso and it was delicious, crispy and flavorful. I really recommend Mai Thai, it's clean, great service, delicious food and good prices.

Wen't in for lunch take out, had a nice chat with Simon and he was a please to deal with. The food was amazingly delicious and fresh. I would highly recommend this establishment!

Great experience overall at this restaurant and the food was fresh and very delicious! From the appetizer to the entrees, my wife and I enjoyed both of our meals. The owner was extremely courteous and explained their cooking techniques which is that everything is cooked fresh and made to order! We will definitely be returning many times and we highly recommend it! Best to use Hwy 94 entrance due to the ongoing construction on 288.

We just moved to the area and were looking for a Vietnamese restaurant to replace the one we loved before in our old area. My husband and I are truly impressed with this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, the owner is such a friendly person, the restaurant is clean and inviting. We’ve been here twice in the last week. We have found our new favorite place to eat Vietnamese food. 10/10 recommend!!!

I am a Foodie and this place was awesome!

Fantastic spring, Mai Tai and egg rolls! My wife had the papaya salad - delicious grilled shrimp with crunchy sprout/green/fruit mix and a spicy-sweet light dressing. I had the red curry, which was the perfect spice level with a creamy (and not overly sweet!) coconut base and big, chunky veggies and chicken. We met the delightfully sweet owner and family, and had prompt service. Definite recommend!

Absolutely amazing pho! Having moved to Pearland several months ago from Houston, I hadn't found a pho place that was any good but this is THE BEST I have ever had! Mai Thai is now my go-to pho restaurant. The broth is spectacular and you can tell they really take their time making it. The owners are super nice and friendly, too.
