Absolutely terrible customer service!!! My daughter has a free ice cream on her app for her birthday and they refused to honor it. They would only give $.99 cents off which is not what the coupon says. If you are a corporate owned store you should honor your own coupons. And if anything you should apply a manager discount to satisfy the customer. Especially since we are showing you the coupon. We will not return back to this location.

A few weeks ago there was a roach. The employee slapped my ice cream on the slab and a small roach ran across the counter and went down towards the floor. The employee acted like she didn’t see anything. I mentioned it to her and she acted like she was looking for the roach and didn’t see anything. I told her I’m sure that’s not the only roach she’s seen there. She asked if I still wanted the ice cream and I declined. I noticed another review mention a baby roach.. this one was larger than a baby one, but still a good size small one. Maybe 1/4 an inch. I hope they close and properly address the issue.

#marbleslabcreamery in Pearland got baby roaches. the employee didn't even look concerned. I guess she said she don't own the place nor is she eating it.

My daughter was getting a treat for doing a grand job on her piano recital but we will have to get a rain check bc no way we eating from roaches and more #roaches #marbleslab #pearland

Friendly staff. Tasty ice cream flavors. Plenty to choose from. Usually have all flavors and toppings available. Had an issue and they made it right quickly and kindly. Price is more than fair. Generous serving sizes. Loved the dipped waffle cups! This has become my go-to dessert stop in Pearland.

So inconvenient they don’t allow customers to use the restroom, I had to go find a restroom at others stores, by the time I found one, ice cream was already melted. Waste of money

After I was done eating my icecream on the very bottom of my bowel there was a hair discusting they dnt even deserve one star ?? told them and still had the nerve to ask if I wanted more or anything smh

Ice cream always tastes amazing! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because they started closing an hour before it was supposed to close. My family wanted to eat inside but all the chairs were already up. We just opted to sit outside on the curb and eat instead.
