I went to pick up the cookie cake I ordered, and the lady asked me for the name it was under. She looked before realizing it wasn't made. Instead of apologizing, she says, "Somebody called and canceled your order." Right! Like how many Claudia Tagles are there out there? or how many even know the name Tagle? 🙄 I told her that was not true, but she stuck to her story. Beyond disappointed! The employees were very nice and helpful but I was disappointed w the cookie cake. It was quite flat compared to that of the malls version. Still tasty just left a little unsatisfied.
