I purchased a cake from this location. The online price for Oreo cake medium size is $36.99 and in store they charged me $49.99. This is the first time I am experiencing this type of customer service from the franchise store. They are ripping off and management doesn’t accommodate the price. If anyone lives in pearland and wants to pay the right price. Please go to silverlake location as it is $14 cheaper for the same product.

The ice cream is fantastic as is the service. Unfortunately, the prices are astronomical now. For a scoop with 3 mixins in a plain cone bowl cost me $9.99. Thats crazy!

Great place to go to get ice cream..If you don’t love God then don’t go Sunday. Theirs some people that don’t like to hear the word of God. I don’t mind but others might..just adding my opinion of some rude customers. I know about service and this place by far does the extra mile. Don’t come with a bad attitude. Life is short take it day by day.

Ok so I won't be going here again... The first time we came here we got what we ordered then were fine walking out the door when the tall guy with the black hair stops us and wants to share the word of God with us, which was weird but we kindly declined and went about our business. Then tonight we decided to give it another try and everything was going fine until these four sweaty children came running in, and obviously knew this guy because next thing I know all four sweaty children are being invited behind the counter to make their own ice cream. Then I watched as these children, one of which had her hands in her mouth, wash their hands but then wipe them on their shirts and proceeded to make their own ice cream. So yeah I won't be eating here again. Pretty sure that was a health code violation what I witnessed tonight.
