We placed an order as we normally do several times a month for delivery only this time instead of our pizza being delivered by a Marco’s delivery driver it was delivered by DoorDash. We do not use DoorDash nor did we place an order through DoorDash. The Marco’s app said the pizza was delivered & we had no pizza so my husband called the store & spoke to the manager who said they would have another pizza & wings made & sent out. 10 minutes later our slightly warm pizza & wings...read full review
Ordered pizza for delivery and door dash picked it up but abandoned my order. The store called to ask had I gotten it. I haven’t they promptly remade my order and comped it… had it at my door in 25mins… the Delivery guy was super kinda and very personable… thank you for making up for the let down… we will order again!
