Seems like everyone has the same AWFUL experience here. I waited 15+ mins in the curbside spot, then I go inside to check on my order. The people were rude and dismissive. My order was sitting in the counter getting cold, they said they were waiting on the apple pie (would have been nice to know). They have me wait five more minutes, then they hand me cups for me to fill up my own drinks, like hellooo???? I got back to my car and do a triple check that everything is there and I’m missing something, so I go back in and they make me wait another 5 minutes. The food was cold and you could tell it was old/overcooked. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Disgusting restroom!! Staff seems ambivalent at best. Listened to the entire cell phone conversation of one staff member, I think she was on break but so loud on her cell phone I know all about her life. Now I was waiting for my order. One of the food handlers was not wearing gloves too. Upgrade your customer service.

They either overcook or undercooked. Ice cream machine always broken , never have blended coffee working. Burger patties undercooked and still pink somehow. Cold fries.

Very slow drive through. Sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before anyone took order. I suggest you drive a few more miles and find a different store. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to go through the drive through at 9:20 at night.

I don't know what is going on at this location but they need to fire everyone and start fresh. For the last month service has dramatically went downhill. Everytime we go there is a long wait, even when there is no one in line. There is always something missing, Everytime. This morning I had to immediately spit my mcgriddle out. I think the bacon was bad. It also had an aftertaste of coffee, like it might have been spilled on it. I'm not sure, but I'm still nauseous. I hate going here, but it's the closest location and convenient. The employees are always yelling at each other. If there is a manager, they need to be replaced immediately. This location is utter chaos. Corporate needs to step in immediately before they give someone food poisoning if they haven't already.

If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars, I would! The staff is beyond rude and always mess up our orders. I have never had a bad experience at a McDonald’s but this place takes the cake. I would rather drive a little further than come back to this place. My advice for anyone who wants to come to this McDonald’s. Don’t!

Slowest McDonald’s ! I was the only person at the drive thru and it took them 6 minutes to respond on the intercom. After that, it took another 10 minutes for the 2 cars in front of me to get their order. I ordered at 10:09pm and didn’t get my food until, 10:24pm.

They provide the single-worst service out there. The majority of the employees are unprofessional, careless, immature. Bare minimum manners are non existent with a lot of them. Slow order fulfillment. There is always an unpleasant wait. It would be different if the employees were actually cordial. Tonight, I ordered a cheeseburger happy and specifically asked for it DRY and added “just the meat and cheese, that’s it”. Someone explain why it had no sauce but still had pickles and onions melted into the cheese. Unfortunately for us, it’s the closet one that is convenient for pick up.

Please don't get mad at this review because everyone deserves the honest truth about a place. The food is pleasant, but do not, I repeat DO NOT go there late and ask for anything because their going to half-ass your food. I wanted just a small little meal after a basketball game, I got my food and well and behold the fries are cold as jack, and the nuggets don't even get me started on the nuggets. They were as hard as rock I swear I almost went back, but I have to keep it sweet for my image. And this is Not the first time it's happened. So don't let it happen to you. That's all thank you.
