The staff here were very professional and helpful when my app wasn't working and I was in drive through. Saved my butt from a sick took medi stomachneed food now, and usual app issues. I know my pickled mustard, grilled chicken sandwiches are gross sounding, but they sure make my tummy feel better. Thank you.

Incompetence is an understatement, forgotten food, employees walking around eating pizza with one hand and working with the other. 45 minute wait for a 4 item order. It’s McDonald’s, you know going in it’s going to be a hassle, but this time was even worse. Great job Pearland McDonalds, keep up the terrible work.

I placed a mobile order, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, the line was very long. I waited for about 30 minutes only to move up by a single car length. Fortunately, I was able to back out and leave. I drove past the line and looked into the window and there were a lot of employees, it just didn't look like anyone was doing anything. Seems to line up with other reviews as well.

This place should be banned from Pearland due to lack of sanitary upkeep. My order sat on the counter after I ordered and my number was not called. My kids were in the play area and decided to eat there. Floors were wet and the smell of sewage was pungent throughout the restaurant. All the tables in the restaurant were filthy and had not been cleaned at all. It was such a disgusting experience that I threw my food away and decided to go eat somewhere else with cleaner amenities. If you are eating here don’t waste your money and risk your health

Drive through order turned into 30 minute more transaction for one happy meal order is crazy to me. The manager and worker don't care at all when you ask why take so long. Don't waste your time at this location and go somewhere else. They need to new hire workers and managers that actually want to go work and care.

I waited in the car line for almost 30 minutes, and after I finally got my food, the order was wrong and I personally think this McDonald’s is very badly managed it’s been like this for a long time now. Won’t be going again and don’t recommend anyone to go.
