i went in to place an order was directed to kiosk i said i got cash she still directed me to the kiosk. i then see her checking someone out at the register when i asked to be checked out at the register causing my code to become invalid for 15 minutes when it wasn’t even used. Rico was not helpful and stayed he couldn’t do anything as was imposing to be a manager. i guess the young lady directing people to the kiosk only like male customers cause that was the only one she helped this mcdonald’s always have a commotion going on it’s never organized and is a horrible representation of the company i will never come back to this location and will be taking this matter to corporate.

Wish I could give 0 stars if possible. None of the ordering panels work and they make u wait forever
This is the worst McDonald’s in Pearland. Every time I go they mess my order up. Last Night I tried to order a milkshake and they said they were out. Next order my food and I wanted them to change something on it and they didn’t they didn’t want to do it. Never ordering food from here again.
it was really nice! when we had a road trip, they gave us 2 more large fries because we ordered a lot! the people are super nice, and its so lively here.

On 12/13 at 1:04am the drive thru employee is rude with a nasty attitude. I asked for a ranch she said NO!! And shut the window like she is so miserable to be working and hated her job and life! This location has always been horrible with staff and act like it’s a bother to go to the location they work at. Don’t forget the orders we buy that’s how you get paid! I don’t understand how she got hired with that negative mentality and nasty customer service. She was older so I thought a bit more respect would come from her. Great way to run a business down and get bad reviews!

I usually don’t go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. On Saturday, December 13th around 1:20 a.m., the night drive-through staff member at the second window was extremely rude and aggressive.
After receiving my food, I waited because I had clearly asked for an extra sauce at the first window, which was also listed on my receipt. When I politely asked for the sauce, she responded with a very aggressive “NO” and said, “You got what you paid for,” which was not true since the extra sauce was on my receipt.
She spoke to me in a very derogatory and hostile manner, and her tone was unnecessarily aggressive. I could have said a lot in response, but her behavior was so confrontational that I felt uncomfortable continuing the interaction. This was never about the money I would have gladly paid for another sauce if needed but the way she spoke to me was completely unacceptable
Because of her aggression, I simply took the food and left. The way this employee addressed a customer was highly unprofessional and is the worst treatment I’ve experienced at any McDonald’s. Definitely won’t be coming back!

This place always forgets everything. It never fails every single time. My last visit they forgot my chicken nuggets and I knew I should have checked my kids kids meals because they forgot their extra fries as well. And didn't give us any sauce for our nuggets. When are french fries are cold and old. This place needs a new manager

We all know not to expect much from McD's, but hire some people that can listen and push the button correctly- I said it 3 times.
A kid's burger ketchup only shouldn't be too complicated.

I booked get on my app.And I booked a meal instead of a sandwich, and then it was supposed to just be a grille, mcmuffin with sausage and I had put eggs and cheese, I didn't do it correctly, but he was very kind and apologetic and didn't make me feel bad and just redid the eggmuffin the way my granddaughter liked.It was really great customer service

Extremely rude people and horrible service. I came to pick up an order and tried to get help several times and no one would even acknowledge me. I finally stopped a lady and she told me that she cant help me. You work here and cant help? I asked two more people that kept handing me off to other people. I will not be returning.

Just came through the drive thru and literally have encountered 4 of the most friendly people I've ever met at any McDonald's ever! Everyone was super helpful and accommodating to my requests.

If your employees weren't playing fighting in the drive through window they might be able to get orders right. I had to get outta my car to get sauce and told the guy if he wasn't play fighting he might be able to get the orders right. He said yeah okay whatever buddy. Then I get home and the burger is raw. Manager, reach out to talk about my experience with your employees if you even care anymore. From your constant terrible reviews. You don't.
