Lord first off it's an App issue which happens at all locations . The McDonald's app is horrible! i spent over 10.mins trying to order. I couldn't leave the app because it said it was charging me. Well after 10 mins of endless spinning it stops and says it didn't process my order because of some type of failure. So I go in and order in the kiosk. I have never seen a more lazy group of people including management. waited over 40 min for a double cheese burger. we had to leave for a meeting and never did get our food! waste of our money. never got that back either!
