Waited 45 minutes on pick up spot for mobile order just to get my order with missing items and some attitude from their unprofessional manager. Also the employees here are lazy and didn’t even bother to use the spindle machine for my Oreo McFlurry. Instead, they just sprinkled a tiny amount of toppings on top and handed it over without properly mixing anything. It was basically plain soft serve with barely any mix-ins. Completely lazy and unacceptable—if I’m paying full price, I expect it to be made correctly, not rushed through with zero effort. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I ordered the McMuffun egg and sausage. I live this meal. I add a pat of butter on the muffin and salt and pepper on the sausage. My go to meal for BREAKFAST at McDonald's. I ordered the coffee, but something was off this day. I didn't like it. I should have asked for the creamer and sugar so I can place it in myself. The staff placed it the coffee for me. I don't know if that was the issue or not, but I know next time. I recommend this location for a quick breakfast. Be advised, the parking is not the best as the drive thru line is usually long and wraps around the parking lot, sometime blocking you in. I advise to park next to another building and walk if you plan on going inside. 🦋

Be sure to double check EVERYTHING from here! At the drive thru, We ordered three Big Breakfasts. They were very nice but, I was made to park in a drive thru spot while in a hurry, (only MY frustration), then they left out a whole Big Breakfast and had to go back to get it. I thought I had all of the order, (because there was a bag with grease on it that I thought were the hash browns, that ended up being utensils), Upon arriving at my destination, there was only one hash brown with the Big Breakfast that they had to go back for...hrm... (a bit erked about that)! So, no hash browns with our breakfast for two of us! 🤨

My wife and I tried to use our mobile discount 7 times. They couldn't figure it out, and when I asked them if they could honor the deal anyways since it was a error on their end. This young girl in a yellow shirt turns her head and shuts the window. We spoke to the manager and she was nice and offered compensation (which we refused.). It wasn't about the money, it's about the complete disrespect of a customer, and our drinks tasted off.
Night manager does not know what to do. I left and won't be back

Completely unprofessional. I understand as a fast food worker you get really busy at times, but ignoring customers is blatant disrespectful. I ordered online and was told it was ready, I even waited an extra 5 minutes to be sure. Arrived and stood at the counter for 9 minutes before being helped and on top of that my drink wasn’t prepared properly. I highly do not recommend this location until they change staff.
