So I’m leaving this review because the cashier was new when I went in to order my food. I order an ice cream cone and a small fry. My total was 2.05 because I used my app. I initially handed the cashier a 20 because I had 2 in my hand and not the 5 cents then I realized I had some change in my pouch. I ask for the 20 back and told him to just give me .20 cents back. Because I gave him $2.25, he said he had to get his manager because he had rung me up and put the 20 in . The manager came and told him to give me .20 cents. she preceded to tell him be careful because he could have given me change back to make his draw short. If she felt that way she should have canceled the transaction all together and let me give the 2.25 , then she told him to keep the receipt but she held it in her hands instead of putting it in the drawer.the change instead of her holding on the receipt. if she thought I was trying in any way to be untrustworthy. It seems she felt I had a motive but I did not . But I’m thinking she might. Today is 12/16 at 5:04 pm. I hope it works out for the new guy!!!!

Pleasantly surprised at how quick of service we had, the line to the drive thru was wrapped around and into the street...
When we got our food, the fries were hot amd fresh, as well as the chicken nuggets. I did think my big Mac was a bit cold, but honestly speaking, I wouldn't complain bc of how quick and friendly service was.

Service is unbelievably slow. Staff courtesy is non existent. Only come here if you have time to lose and and money to waste.

I waited for over 20 minutes for my curbside order at this location. It was during the lunch rush, which is fine, but I felt something was up so I called the store. After giving them my order number and name and telling them how long I have waited, they CANCELED my order. I saw it on the app when it happened. I tried to ask why that happened but the manager on the phone was gaslighting me, telling me I was mistaken, even though the app literally updated right before my eyes. They canceled the order to save face and that's really messed up. Avoiding this store in the future, honestly.

terrible crew with horrible work ethic. they only gave me half my order and i had to go through the drive thru THREE times for them to give it to me, AND they left out the pumpkin pies i ordered. when i called the store, the manager said there's nothing they can do. they act like its their first day of school in there. poor communication, bad attitudes, they're all confused, and dont know how to use a register or card reader. most unprofessional location ive ever been to. you're better off just going into the HEB next door and cooking your own food. and the food was cold too

It doesn’t seems like providing “customer service” was apart of Maryori’s training. It’s bad enough that EVERYTIME my family visits this location the wait is extremely long and the drive thru line is constantly wrapped around the building. One of the things that I enjoy getting from McDonald’s in this Texas heat is a hot fudge sundae. Definitely a common thing that I order…today during my visit I order just that. When I given my sundae I noticed that my cup was only half way full. When I brought it to Maryori’s attention she said we no longer fill the cup up this is how we’ve been told to serve it. What a rip off!!! It’s like ordering a medium fry and now they only give you half the amount in the fry container.
What’s the purpose of even putting the lid on it at this point. If they’re looking to cut cost don’t give the lid it’s pointless the cup is only have full. I thought the purpose of the lid was to “catch” ice cream rim up to prevent a mess and/or melting over. Normally when ordering a sundae it comes full (I literally just ordered one from this exact location last week via the drive thru and received a full cup). Even looking at the sundae picture on the menu it shows a fuller cup. It usually come at lease to the cup rim. Ultimately, if this is now the policy I’ve been made an aware and now have a decision to make if I will continue to order this item. However, I also feel like Maryori could have done a better job in her customer service. A simple “I’ll go ahead and fill it up this time however please keep in mind for your next visit the way that it was present is the new normal” but that wasn’t the case. I even said to her “I just purchased one days ago at this location and was given the normal amount…are you able to go ahead and fill it up this visit and I’ll keep in mind the smaller amount going forward” and she said “no the amount you got is correct.”
Keep in mind as I mentioned this location is ALWAYS crowded business is booming what would it have hurt for her to provide a customer service and fill the cup up this visit.

placed a mobile order for inside the restaurant at 3:57 pm just to end up waiting 30+ minutes not to receive my food at 4:35 pm, multiple people had come in after me and received their orders, and when I asked the employee in front and the manager on shift they had no answer other than wait for your order and refused to give a refund after not receiving my order.
