You know what your gonna get when you goto McDonald's. So really the rating should be on the wait times, parking, & lobby & restroom cleanliness. The wait is longer than others ive been too recently both inside & via the drive-thru. Parking is also a mad house at this particular location. Do NOT park in the front or you maybe blocked in by the drive-thru line when you come out. Overall the store & restrooms were clean when I visited.
I ordered through doordash from this location and I saw this piece of equipment in my drink as I was about to finish. Not only is this a clear indication of the lack of care they put in their orders, it is also a clear sign of the incompetency of the employees.

Customer service is terrible at this location. I ordered through the mobile app, my husband went to pick it up and even though he had the mobile receipt, they told him there was no order. I called and an employee by the name Elodia answered with a stinky attitude. There’s no reason to call and ask for my order when mobile receipt is being provided.

Everytime I go inside of this McDonald's location, they are only concerned about the mobile orders and the drive thru. I have to wait for a drink/coffee order only. And the cashier is standing there with a clip board waiting for mobile order deliver drivers to sign. Also, why has this location adopted the number tent and table delivery system that Whataburger has???? This is not Whataburger!!Parking: drive thru lines are so long, the people in the drive thru block the parking spaces.

Horrible, asked for a mclovin and they "don't do that" "you can ask for it but the cook isn't gonna make it" what is the point? Faster service? WRONG lol it's faster to figure out how to copy every item on the menus recipe by guessing and checking.

Terrible service . Get new workers asap … the one lady at the window continuously gets things wrong . Deliberately puts her hands back into the bag & grabbed out a fry that she placed in there . After many times of still correcting her on the order , she still gets it wrong . Do a better job at picking people to work for your businesses ……
