The food itself is actually good and has a lot of potential, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, the cleanliness really takes away from the experience. The inside dining area looked dirty, and the outside area was also not well maintained. When a place serves food, cleanliness matters just as much as taste. If they improve how clean the restaurant is, this could easily be a much better spot.

I have been coming to this MOD location for the past 6yrs and over time it has really gone downhill. The facility and the bathrooms are filthy. Don’t get me wrong, the food is delicious and the customer service used to be great. In the past year or so the employees have been super slow, careless and not customer service friendly! I really hope they improve, because the pizza is great but I avoid it now so I don’t have to deal with the staff and the dirty environment!

Arrived at opening time to order lunch to take to my nephew school. Person working was fast and efficient. A bit pricy for the size but it is customizable so there is that.

So for lunch rush I will think you would have at least two to three people on the line but they had one person he was really slow making four pizzas four mods 2 maddys one pepperoni and one mad dog but took forever to get place wasn't clean soda machine the coke and dr pepper was out we told and no one still didn't change it they had no forks out were we can grab most of the tables were dirty Man I know mod can do better then this i love mod but im really disappointed on how the service was today .. but the food came out great just need to push to be faster and more clean and organized

This place is really great. They have a dedicated staff member who cleans the whole time you're there, so the floor and tables were clean, even on a busy Friday night. The pizza is terrific. Staff is engaging, which makes the wait not so bad. Portion sizes are on point. The kids love the playground in the back, and the outside patio is dog friendly! What more could you ask for?
