I just wanted to compliment on how happy and impressed I was with the girl making our pizza today (she had teal hair!). I had to make a dairy free pizza and she made extra sure all utensils and sauce weren’t contaminated for the pizza. This was the first MOD I had with that experience and I just more than appreciate that extra added effort. Not everyone understands an allergy but this gal did! Thank you (from an allergy momma)!

After 20 mins of the line not moving AT ALL we had to leave, fast my a**. What was the most irritating was the employees now moving with a since of urgency or guidance. Very poor experience at this location.

Horrible customer service ! We stood in line hoping to enjoy a lunch break but the staff was busy playing around. There was no structure in taking the food orders and no sanitation when it came to switching gloves.

The worst customer service ever, I encountered incidents with Alice as he mentioned because he doesn't have a name tag. On my previouse visit this employee was taking temperature of veggies, meat, and cheese with the same probe thermometer. I mentioned it to him and didn't want to leave a review. Today I walked in waiting for someone to serve my family and he is standing with no gloves sticking his hand in the food container while I'm waiting and then goes the back and comes out putting on gloves with the worst attitude.
I took my family and left because they are disgusting and they don't have no manners.

The pizza is always so good I love going to this location everytime and the workers here are always sweet and happy. They have pretty good pizza , keep the lemonade and ice tea dispensers fairly full but I just didn’t reallllly like the cheesy garlic bread but over all 5 stars :3
I ordered my pizza online and when I got home and took a bite, it was RAW! Straight dough…. I was so dissatisfied and disappointed. Staff was nice and friendly.

Such yummy pizza. We've gotten it take out before, but there is something so fun about the atmosphere of Mod, so we usually dine in. The staff are all super helpful and polite. And it's the best pizza!!! Oh, and don't forget to grab a no-name cake while you're there.
