Just left this location 4/27/2024Staff is extremely unpleasant and the young boys don’t know what’s going on. Mind you I have been a MOD customer for years, I won’t bore you with details of my other but long story short he told me “we don’t usually do that” sir it’s made to order so let me order and you make it.The woman (don’t know her name) but she wore a mask… was very rude as well. This location wasn’t like this before so maybe train them or restaff. Pleaseeee! Customer service is EVERYTHING.

Normally I'm not a pizza guy but my husband wanted me to try this place for the first time and I must say. Not only was the food great, but the service was awesome. It was a nice calm atmosphere I tend to want to eat and relax with out a bunch of noise and luckily there is a kids play ground right outside so the kids that were there were all having fun but weren't figity from being stuck inside so that was a plus. Also the person making our pizzas was very friendly and patient as I didn't know what all I wanted on my pizza so that was nice. All in all a great place to stop and eat so check them out you won't be disappointed.

First time trying Mod Pizza and was not disappointed. I did the create your own pizza with the dairy-free cheese, red sauce, and some veggies. They also offer plant-based Italian sausage (Plantly).

I went in for a gluten free pizza because I have Celiac. They were not busy and very slow. I watched the person who was coming to greet me wearing gloves, touch things along the way back to coming over to greet me. I told him that I have a food allergy, although technically it is an autoimmune disease, and his response was " oh, well, these are new gloves". I said," nevermind" and walked out. I have never been greeted by someone as lazy as thus that wasn't wiling to change his gloves by stating it in such a passive aggressive manner! I'm quite turned off from coming back and that's unfortunate since I work nearby and thus eliminates one of the only places I could have been getting food from.
