I don’t know if it’s the same savanna girl that everyone’s talking about, but I went yesterday. She was very rude where’s glasses and a bonnet with crocs that are leopard print. I believe doesn’t matter what she has on, but her personality is crazy. She made me feel like I shouldn’t even be there. I’m the customer I felt pushed aside or like I’m bothering her to order my food. Very strange interaction with her. The gentleman seemed lovely, upbeat, and friendly, but she was horrible. You have got to get rid of her. I will never go to this location again because of her. Everything seems like a chore she even had the nerve to tell me I wanted a salad for two and I’m one person ma’am you don’t know me or who I’m feeding.. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I just can’t get it out of my mind how rude it means she was

Ordered online. Ordered the unlimited pizza. Only had two toppings and asked for extra of both. Did not get extra....i was just normal portions. I also ordered the no cake and did not get it during pickup. Why would I tip if my order is not correct. Tipping is supposed to be for better service not just service. I blame the company not the workers. They dont pay them or staff them appropriately. This is why people dont want to eat out anymore

SAVANNAH, should not work here. SUPER RUDE, ALWAYS LOOKS ANNOYED, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE. Maybe she needs to work at a McDonald’s. She always looks so bother while taking orders. Also, i understand this place gives employees the freedom to wear whatever they want, but shorts and crocs are not appropriate. I asked for a mini cheese pizza and she charged me a kids meal. My mistake is that I didn’t check right before paying and when the receipt printed she crumbled and threw it away. I asked for a reprint cause something just didn’t seemed right, and she took a long sigh, if you hate customer service so much just don’t work here. Someone else (a tall guy) took over to reprint the receipt and as soon as she saw that I looked at the receipt she went away. She knew she had charged me for the wrong thing. The place is also so messy and dirty. Just go eat somewhere else.

There is a white lady who is very nice to props to her for working with other employees with attitudes.

There was nothing enjoyable about visiting this Mod. The place was severely understaffed. The employees were arguing openly. The “manager” was fueling the entire situation and closed the restaurant at 7:45pm because she was not professional enough to keep her mouth shut and do her job. This resulted in cussing, screaming, and the door being locked all while people were still in the restaurant eating. There was not one professional person in this entire place. One employee, Makayla, made sure that everyone got out and was taken care of while the other 4 employees continued fighting. We spent $70 and it was a waste.

The toppings I see get contaminated with the other toppings. I did an online order and was charged 3x and had to fix the order with the mod manager who did indeed fix it and let me have the other pizzas too(gave it away did not want that many). I also did online order and curbside however no one ever came out to hand me my pizza after it was complete and I called twice. The customer service was handled well with the additional order but they need to be able to keep up with orders inside and curbside/online. I like the customization the pizza place offers. It just gets really busy at this location and so it takes awhile to get your order complete.

I would like to say Rishi was amazing! I’ve been coming here for 3 years & I’ve never had a good experience with nice staff members here. He’s has a great spirit. You guys should hire more people with his energy. Everyone else looks like they’d rather be at home . Thanks Rishi for being awesome!

Got my cheesy breed at 9:45 tonight 11/21 the first person i spoke to asked for my name is said Sparkle. When the food was ready the guy called out Smurf. I being the only one waiting said my name is Sparkle je said I called smurf like the little blue thing. How can you get Sparkle out of Smurf. I'm pissed and there is no way I would return I feel like it was racially motivated and definitely do not want to spend my money at a place that can disrespect a person and not even given an adequate apology

I wish I could give ZERO stars, but unfortunately I have to give at least one and this location doesn’t warrant that one star at all. I’ve gone to many MOD locations and have received great customer service, but not this one. I just left from this location and I will not be returning due to the young girl’s bad attitude that just fixed my family’s order. I mean does it hurt to smile or at least make the customers feel welcome? She had a bad attitude from the start and MOD should train their employees better. The look on her face was as if we were bothering her when we walked up to order. The young lady with the little puffs in her hair took my youngest daughter’s order first. As she was pouring the sauce on her pizza, I asked my daughter if she wants more sauce and she said yes. So I asked the young lady to add extra sauce. She began mumbling under her breath like she had an attitude about her not asking for extra sauce herself. Forgive me if she didn’t think about it. She’s 9 years old! Then, my other daughter began ordering and I asked her to add extra sauce. Again, she began talking under her breath. This was very rude and really worked on my last nerve. I could tell she was mumbling, but she was talking too low for me to hear the words. It seems like she hates her job or maybe her attitude is really bad. Either way, customers should not be treated poorly. Your attitude is everything when you’re dealing with customers and we don’t have to spend our money at this establishment. If you hate your job so much, find another one. She should not handle customers because she lacks respect and maturity. Needless to say, we will not be returning and I hope other customers don’t receive similar treatment because you may lose them as well. I’m not asking for wonderful customer service like Chick-fil-A, I’m only asking to be respected.

Abstinence Inspires Millions

My mom and I love coming to this location! The staff and the General manager are soo sweet and friendly, they make us feel welcomed every time we come in the door. The food is always clean and delicious! The dining area and floors are clean, which is a big plus in my experience. We will definitely Be coming back!!
