Funny enough, I was watching a YouTube video about how robots are growing in every industry and business such as retail or food industry, even at home, especially by the year 2034. Food is okay… but service…. Omg!!! Terrible!!’ Waitress was more interested on flirting with the bartender than taking card of the customers!!! We have to ask someone else to bring us water because our waitress wasn’t interested in talking care of us!!! Need improvement pronto!!!

I really don’t like to leave reviews unless it’s a good one, but I have to talk about my experience that happened on November15, 2025, I went there with a group of family and friends for my besties Sister‘s birthday. I ordered hibachi plate, which came out cold meat and rice so then I had it sent back and they brought it back out to me again this time the meat was hot in the rice was cold so therefore the young lady, went and got the manager, the manager came to the table. I explained everything and let them know that I wouldn’t satisfy with the food so the managers proceed to say that my money will be refunded back to me. It’s been 15 days now and I still haven’t seen that refund nor have they gotten in contact with me to reassure me of something else that they could do. I will never visit this place again and they wanna try to say that it is my bank. I called my bank several times and still my bank doesn’t see anything from mongo, I never had an issue with anything being refunded back to me from any company, but this one, refunds take 5-7 business days for a refund again it’s been 15 days and still nothing and I called up there several times And all they can tell me that it’s just a waiting period at this point. I didn’t get to enjoy a nice dinner with my best friend, nor her sister for her birthday, ended up coming home to eat.. all I want is my refund and not give me the run around..
