I have been coming here for years and the cookies have become a staple at my annual Christmas party. I went in on Friday night to pick up cookies that were not ready because I chose the wrong date. A lot going on, I'm sure. Not only did they assist with getting my cookies ready by Saturday, we also found a new flavor my kids are obsessed with. Thank you so much to this place and the people that work there.
They did such a great job with the cookies and design, it’s literally what I asked for. Taste of the cookies are WAY better than Michaels cookie jar and more affordable. Michaels has that very weird citrus after taste that my guests did not like. I always get custom cookies for different occasions and they were hesitant to taste this one but were completely shocked of how good it was. Cookies are soft, buttery, and the frosting was yum! 10/10 recommend

Start to finish, a seamless experience with my special event order. Communication via email made it easy to be sure we were on the same page and the response time was quick throughout. Everything looked better than I could have asked for and of course, also delicious!

This is our 3rd order and we are more impressed every single time! The detail in each design is AMAZING and well worth the small price we pay for custom cookies. Customer service is also top notch, my mom ran into a small hiccup at pick up and they went above and beyond to make it right!

We took a gamble on MSO based upon their Google reviews. I have to admit, ordering promotional cookies to send out, sight unseen, and never tasted, was a challenge for me. Kenneth talked me off the ledge so to speak and we went for it.
We are so glad we did! The cookies not only looked great, they were absolutely delicious! So much so that we “accidentally” broke a couple so we could eat them. We were very impressed with the design, taste and customer service. Definitely a great find! We will be using them again!

These ladies are absolutely amazing. I ordered this cake from Mississippi as a surprise to my dad for his 60th Birthday. There was a miscommunication and they were nice SWEET enough to help us find a solution to something they didn’t even cause. That’s customer service! Thank you Brittany and staff! 🎂🩷

Ordered for a baby shower- we sent in an idea of what we wanted along with the color scheme. The cookies were better than we imagined! Absolutely gorgeous! Plus they were delicious- all of our guests commented on how they tasted. Thank you for a wonderful product!!!!

They have made me so many cakes and cookies. Funny story. My last cake I just ordered for my daughter’s birthday, I told them the wrong age. My daughter and I laughed and laughed about this. It all tracks with my “parenting”. Honestly it’s turned out to be our thing for future cakes. Wrong age. Mother of the year right here. The cake was beautiful. Pics in comments.
I wanted a Fallout themed cookie cake for my husband’s birthday, and MSO delivered! Not only was the cake amazingly decorated, but it was delicious too! We will only be placing cookie cake orders through MSO. ❤️

These are the absolute cutest, and best tasting cookies I have bought in the past 7 years. I always search for cookies that are unique and will add to the fun of a party. I hit the jackpot with MSO. The ordering was easy, clear communication and arrived when promised. Not one cookie was broken or chipped as each cookie was well packed and not affected by Louisiana July heat. The 36 delicious, beautiful cookies were a hit at the birthday party. I will definitely order again.
