NAM - Noodles and More

I loved Noodles and More. I decided to stop in for a late lunch today and it is permanently closed. I am sitting in the parking lot looking at the empty building and the faded sign. 😩

So ordered on grubhub after flight was delayed. Took hours for it to get to the hotel that is within 8 miles.

Positives: Good portion and ramen was good.

Negatives: food was late and cold. Shrimp fried rice had 8 shrimps and their not even large shrimps. Which makes no sense all that rice and those few shrimps. Chicken during were bland and not spicy. The spring rolls were bland too which sucks because I was excited for nothing. $60 spent when I should have just walked to the gas station.

Ordered a pork banh mi for take out. I would not do it again. I didn’t see anyone else post their banh mi on Google, so here’s what they look like.

The food tasted great. My only negative comment is that the pho has way more soup than the noodles ratio.

I've been to NAM several times for lunch, I've always dined in. Never had a bad meal, service or anything.

Usually I'll get pho or other dishes but lately I've opted for their bun bo hue. It has the right flavors especially that shrimp paste. You can't go without it.

I decided to do take out & ordered Doordash to pick up on my way back to the office. The same level of service was the same as dining in. Staff was super friendly & prompt. They were very mindful with the take out. My order was correct, utensils were added & they were not skimpy on the vegetables.

The shining star here was the staff, super helpful, patient and dedicated to making sure we were happy. The food was decent, but felt a little bit like fast food noodles. We sat outside with our dog and that was nice.

Food taste great but customer service is not great very time I order over the phone or come in person they take so long and the person in front of me gets their food first.

I ordered takeout and when I got there the gentleman that was in the front was not very friendly. When I got home I noticed that there was no hoisan sauce for my pho. Mind you I live like 20 minutes away. I called and all they told me was oh it must've slipped. And that was all. Every pho spot I go to always has siracha and hoisan sauce. Won't be going back. Very unprofessional..
