The lemon cake was a favorite at work. The raspberry white chocolate cake was yummy. I wish they had the gingerbread cake year round

Placed an order for pickup at 9:30 on a Saturday morning - just to be sure it would be ready when I arrived so I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived at 11, and my order was STILL NOT ready. No one had any sense of urgency. I'll never use this location again.

Extremely poor customer service. I phoned before coming and was told my cake was ready for pickup after being placed on hold for 5 mins. Only to be told she was the only there and to help customer in the store. I get to the store no greeting..no may I help you. I told her I come to pick up my cake. NO READY NO APOLOGIES. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I had such a great experience at the Pearland Nothing Bundt Cakes! The shop was clean, inviting, and smelled amazing the moment I walked in. I was helped by Mya, and she was
absolutely wonderful!
Mya greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was friendly, patient, and
gave awesome recommendations on flavors (which turned out to be spot-on!). Her positive attitude and great customer service was amazing. The cakes were delicious as always, but Mya's kindness made the whole experience even sweeter. I'll definitely be coming back soon!! This girl needs a raise !!!!!!!!

I heard a lot of good stuff about this place, but when I went, they sold me a display cake. The lady said that have first sell the display cakes before can start selling fresh stuff.
Not a good place I would avoid buying anything from here.

Just went in and the lady tells me I can't pick my dozen because they too busy! So you want me to pay for what you want me to have. I wanted to try the snickers one and she said no! Will never be back! Horrible customer service!

I needed a refund on a gift card that I walked out to my car with and realized I needed to chng the amount. Shift Manager is very rude and told me because it is a gift card, they do no refunds.?? and 2 workers originally said they could add to the card. Were not able to do that so they wanted to give me another card for less than $4. The card was to be placed in a birthday card and mailed. Won't refund my money? What sorta Trump world nonsense is this?

Placed an order at 5:45 PM for pickup, not realizing this location closes at 6 PM. I received no courtesy call or notice about the early closing time. Most Nothing Bundt Cakes locations close at 7 PM, so I was shocked to arrive and find the doors locked. They refused a refund, gave me store credit instead, and told me I “should have known” their hours and should have knocked on the door. While I appreciate the credit, the dismissive and unprofessional way the situation was handled left a very poor impression.

I brought a birthday cake for my daughter birthday party of 20 people that night cut the cake and realized they gave me the wrong cake. I went the next day for a refund and they denied me a refund. My daughter did not enjoy her cake on her birthday. It was their mistake. I will never buy cakes from them again.
