Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I recently visited this location. The service started off great with our waitress/server and the minute another waitress/server started helping our original waitress/server started being extremely rude. Started removing food off out table that we were not done eating.
Questioning why I requested other items to go after she removed the food myself and family was eating.
Actually went back and forth we me. Never again will visit this location.

Joe is an AWESOME waiter, very attentive and attitude very pleasant!!!

The service provided was exceptional. The salad was super!Furthermore, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the Italian cuisine was outstanding. Highly recommend Olive Garden!

Came for lunch with 2 adults, one baby. Loved the calm vibe and decor. Very attentive waitress and floor manager. Never had to wait to be checked in on. The food was good. Good lunch specials m-f . However, the sicilian sunset was not good imo. I gave it two tries but couldn't drink it and handed it to my husband.

Urgent Complaint Regarding Discrimination and Unsafe Environment for Children

I am writing to report a deeply troubling incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. My children and I were subjected to an unsafe and hostile environment when we were attacked by another party, and to my shock, Ashley, the assistant manager, was not only unhelpful but also participated in the aggression toward my children.
Her behavior was completely unprofessional, discriminatory, and unacceptable—especially in a public family-oriented setting. Rather than diffusing the situation or offering assistance, she exacerbated the problem and made us feel unsafe and unwelcome.
This experience has left my children shaken, and I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated. I request a formal investigation into this matter and a written response outlining the steps you will take to address this incident. She the said that we were trying to argue with her and lifting our voice. Everyone in that restaurant even the host saw and knew everything that was going on. It’s a shame in the world that we live I right now.

This picture started everything. It was my precious birthday and the death anniversary of my Mom. A simple, quiet, memorable dining experience that turned out to be a nightmare. As we took a couple “selfie”, the White guy “behind” us yelled and told the server, “if they think its funny, it’s not! You’re not supposed to make fun of other people”. Those loud & accusatory remarks left us clueless & wondering what’s wrong.
It turned out that he made a “big deal” & accused us of taking his pictures WITHOUT his permission. Of note, “his” face was not even captured in the photo.

I stayed quiet & composed, but tearful inside. I do not deserve this on my special day, I just whispered to myself. 😢😢😢

It was the female server who extended her apologies about what happened. She escalated the issue to the “culinary manager”, who gave us a free dessert and wished me a birthday greeting, altogether with her crew. Being in a public place, like Olive Garden, we can take as much pictures as we wish, according to her.
Looking back, it was never my intent to take a picture of anyone, just for fun! People may have their own opinion, but this “encounter” is just unimaginable.
I paid a good amount of money for this dinner celebration, which turned out to be a major disappointment. We didn’t finish our meal, and my kids no longer wanted to go back to the same place due to the unpleasant dining experience.

I visited this location for lunch today. I am taking the time to say that I had a wonderful experience. My Mom and I both had the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. This was the most well seasoned food I've ever had at an Olive Garden in all of my years. I've frequented this chain of restaurants many times since I was a young girl. For this visit to stand out is saying something. I even mentioned to the manager that I wanted to compliment whoever made my food because it was delicious! We also had a lovely server Erica and she was very pleasant and attentive.

On July 6th 2025 I visited the Olive Garden located in Pearland Texas this experience by far was the worst that I've ever received from any Olive Garden location. The food Portion was extremely small compared to the prices... I'm not sure if they was trying to save some for them to take home. However, the worst part of the night was when I voiced my opinion to my server, it was as if it fell on deaf ears. When I noticed his lack of concern I asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise the manager (Lashay) was even less concerned about any type of customer satisfaction than the server Cody. I have never been so disappointed with an Olive Garden experience before in my life. As a customer service manager myself I state this information and proper training is definitely needed. At the end I felt the need to express my dissatisfaction with the server and the food however again he had zero interest in hearing what I had to say. So eventho this location is only minutes away from me I will not stop visiting Olive Garden just never again this location

What happened to Olive Garden, the quality, quantity, and variety have gone. Just don't bother. 22$ for pasta is insane! The food is bland or overcooked.
