Manger Tara was rude. The service was below average during dine in and instead of finding out why food wasn't done correctly and to address the waitress attitude, Tara had attitude herself, even saying this other Olive gardens if we prefer to go there. And we did. We'll never visit that location again. Very unprofessional and rude behavior and horrible service!

food was great. our server was trying his best i appreciated him checking up on us and apologizing for his mistakes. we had asked him for dressing since he had forgotten the dressing to the salad but on his own he realized he also forgot the croutons and brought them without us having to ask and apologized for forgetting. a manager with a mask came to ask how everything was we told her there were a few errors but for the most part good. she then instead of apologizing for everything she blamed the server insinuating it was all his fault. this made olive garden look bad and made herself as a manager look bad for singling out one of her employees and then embarrassing him as he was standing at the next table over. this behavior should not be tolerated by olive garden let alone a manager representing them.

The highlight was the attendant who met me at my car to register my pickup. She was super sweet. I ordered the chicken marsala dish and scallop scampi fettuccine fudh for my daughter and neither one of us enjoyed the meal, it was so bad we ended up throwing away our food after a couple of bites. My chicken tasted like cardboard, the mushrooms were tough and the dish lacked flavor. The breadsticks were hard, it was weird. My daughter stated the scallops were tough and the dish tasted off. We were really disappointed, it was a waste of almost $50.00.
We came in on a Tuesday night, hardly no wait, no problems. Now our waiter Jay D. , was the coolest!! Very polite and respectful man, he was fast & very attentive & made sure we had a good time. I usually don’t write reviews on our normal restaurant adventures but this guy was great!! Toscana soup was really good tonight too. But food always tastes better with better service, thanks Jay!!

We were in town for a work class and staying close to here and decided to try this location.Parking was ample with it being in the shopping center area.The interior is like all the others.The staff was very friendly and super attentive.I got the chicken parm with the salad. It tasted like every other location I’ve been too. It was cooked well and the center areas were tender.The salad had a bit much dressing on it though. Overall not too bad for a chain.

Excellent service! Good food. The restroom doors needed serious cleaning. Corporate contract janitors ignore the filthy mold on both wooden doors. I managed to get a manager to remove the build-up! Mission accomplished.

Did curbside and my order was to be ready by 4pm and like a Jeannie in the bottle my server appeared with my order. Which, by the way, was correct and so good. I literally ate the soup until the last drop and nearly scraped the salad and pasta bowl! And I am not a fried mozzarella sticks but these were seasoned.
