Drive thru is very slow ! Especially for lunch hour . They tell you to park but then forget about you and take over 10 minutes to bring your food .

This Store was extremely dirty it was about 9:30 p.m. that was no food on the line everything that was on the line was dried up I asked was any food coming out Mercedes decided to have an attitude and let me know that the lobby close at 10:00 that no more food is coming out I checked the time what time does Panda close tonight and it says 10:30 all the food on the line was very dried up Mercedes has a very bad attitude everybody that was working was young nobody was trying to clean the line

Tons of staff, and an hour wait in the drive thru line. Gave us half of our food, and the other half was sitting by the window for another 5 minutes until she realized.

Went a couple of days ago and a worker named Monese was absolutely disgusting. I understand how frustrating food service can be but your bad day shouldn’t be taken out on customers who have done nothing wrong to you. Will not be back, no one should be treated like that.

Ordered dinner for me and hubby tonight. I could barely think or fully make my order because the lady taking my order at the drive thru was . Rushing me , saying it that it? After everything I said. It that it , is that it??? How rude.

Normally its good but everything in this parking lot be out of food or closed early whenever they ready to go or not work. I raced to make it in time because something told me if I ordered online and made it I still wouldn't have my food and I would have been out of the offer I had. I just know not to go after 8 from now on.

For some reason this place will satisfy my chin food buffet craving but the price is too much. 2 plates and a kids meal and I was at $30.00 and I could have done a sit down dinner.
