Popped in for a quick meal. Luis was at the front counter and he did great. He promptly greeted me, he was polite and quick. Really enjoyed the experience here today. The Beijing beef was a little too coated for my liking, but the food was delicious as well.

This is the worst Panda Express you’ll ever visit.
Every step of the way is subpar. Not worth getting into everything that this location doesn’t succeed at; just assume it’s all bad and you’re right on the nose.
Have tried it out 3x giving benefit of the doubt each time, and it’s almost as if it somehow got worse each time. Save your money or drive 5ish miles down the road to the Bay Area location at Baybrook, which has a 100% better experience across the board: food, service, atmosphere.

Food was cold. Off temperature caused me to get sick. I advised staff working but didn’t seemed concerned. Never return there.
I ordered 3 Bigger plate, they didn’t have one of the side I ordering the lady she was taking care of me. She told me it’s gonna take a few minutes to coming up ,so I told her that I wait but she never told me it’s be taken like more than 30 minutes to wait so the rest of my food it was cold and it was not nice. I asked her for my refund

Why on earth would you ask if I wanted sauce on a "bigger plate" and that mean 1 one uno!!! Sauce packet! A bigger plate implies it is the third level of bigger options! As in 3X the food. And I have steamed white rice. Of course I need sauce! Go to Taco Bell and I dare you to say "no sauce please." They will give you second bag of nothing but a variety pack of sauce! (Tldr) Y'all stingy with sauce...
