The drive through employee needed prompting and appeared to not understand the menu. The bread was stale and my sandwich was burnt.

Yet another example of how life can be unfair. Tammy Faye dies of cancer, but Jim Baker is still alive to peddle snake oil; Firefly gets canceled after 1 season, but the Kardashians still have a career; and now this dumpster fire of a restaurant is still open, but the Pei Wei across the street closes down.

The lack of effort among the staff is so bad that you don’t care they get your order wrong half the time, you’re just glad to get something after waiting an extra 20 minutes beyond the time you were supposed to get it. But if you do care, what’s the point of having a drive-thru if you have to eventually go inside to get what was left out of your order?

Good luck if you’re dining in. Ya, the place is half empty, but the table you want to sit at is probably filthy, and most likely has been for the last hour. If you actually find a staff member, god forbid you ask them for anything. You’ll be rewarded with either an eye roll or some attitude.

I’m a big believer in multiple chances, but I’ve already handed out more than I should have with this place. Maybe the Pei Wei should move in…

This place used to be ‘posh’ . It has lost it’s charm, went from 4.5* to Zero. Staff is refusing to comunicate when you asked about an order with status ‘ready 15-20’ minutes ago, rude staff all around front and back, food is sloppy and cold cuz jt was forgotten on some shelf somewhere. If I pay you almost $20 I definitely don’t need. A Baguette with some tomato on it!
Very sad!

I decided to go through the drive through and I tried to order 2 bread bowls. They said they only had one left, so I said I would take it. I pulled around to the window and sat for the next 10 minutes. It felt like 20 minutes, I finally had to leave because I was falling asleep in line. I don't know what happened, I cannot say they were just being rude or anything, they just didn't come to the window.

The food was good but the lady at the window this morning was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I even smiled and said thank you and she cut me off and shut the window. I definitely won't be coming back again. If you have genuine hate towards others you really shouldn't be working at a drive-thru window

There are quite a few sweet things for breakfast. More variety for nutritious breakfast would be great. If eating in, you have to find someone & then ask for utensils. Coffee isn't great.

Order online, then waited 20+ minutes on two cold cut sandwiches and a drink, and they couldn’t be bothered to add the turkey to a turkey sandwich. I would avoid this place at all costs.

They seem under tagged and the whole atmosphere is bad and it starts with the staff. no one seems like they enjoy their job. it seemed like they were doing US a favor taking our money. No one up front to get a cup from, had to go look by the service are. The steak ciabatta was dry as hell and the fruit cup was terrible. sour blueberries and the cantaloupe pieces were hard except around the edges where it looked defrosted and old. i won’t be going back.

Normally I have no issues with this location. But this last visit I had with them through the drive through). Worker at the window was very rude! Just very I don’t care attitude and when I said thanks you have a great day, he just ignored me. He was very rude and should NOT be interacting with guests.

Got food poisoning from the chilly at Panera Bread. Not what I expected from a place I thought I could trust. Quality control issues need to be addressed.

I ordered the soup and sandwich combo and Hibiscus pomegranate tea on doorsash. First, the tea is delicious. I got the ciabatta dipper sandwich with the French onion soup. The sandwich is not good. Its all bread and hardly any meat and very bland. The soup is ok but not great. This is my first and last time trying Panera.

Generally the service is sheets poor at Panera Bread... Here's why: STAFF has very low engagement, and doesn't voluntarily communicate. Most of the staff hide behind the counter or duck behind in the back areas. The FOOD is out in the open (breads, bagels, pastries) uncovered with flies and insects landing on top. Some of their cookies and pre packaged items have turned color, are old, and out of date. PRICE wise they are too expensive. It's like a scoop kitchen with pre packaged everything in plastic bags... This shouldn't cost as much. Very little meat, and mostly old leafs, and reheated breads.

Food is good but when ordered delivery they DONT cover the drinks my coffee is always open exposed to anyone. They are suppose to cover it n they don’t even answer the phone. I hate that they don’t know how good safety works. They must cover all food n drink items before giving them up to a delivery person. Why would they send open exposed food with strangers.
