Dirty - there were crumbs, dirty fixtures, dirty bathrooms, grimy flatware. It was an unpleasant experience.
Slow - we ordered our food ahead of time. They “forgot” to make it. It would have been faster to order in store.
We won’t be back.

Lately, we noticed that cold coffee is served and that is in the late afternoon. Upon request they served wrong type of coffee after a good wait. Then they tried correcting it and still not right. All this is happening for a good 30 minutes while you finished eating your food. Things were not taken care of at all. Managers need to check on these things and keep good fresh coffee even in the afternoon. We love to come to Panera bread for a good variety of food and coffee. Regardless of these incidents, we may just go to another location if management wouldn't fix this issue at this location.

anyone who’s ever had something to complain about this location or left a bad review in the past year is a LIAR!!! I often sit down to study at this location but every once in a while over hear the conversation of “mad” customers and I can’t believe how incompetent they can be! people these days are so rude to no for no reason and shouting at literal minors… weird behavior for grown adults!! this place has shown nothing but the best possible service for me each and every time! love this Panera team keep up the warm service I love yall for AND ignore these haters‼️

This location is awful. I just ordered a soup and salad. I open my bag to double check my food and I have no bread for my soup. Danny says “sorry”. Then I notice my Cesar salad has different cheese on it. They are out of Parmesan and instead of asking if it’s okay, he decided to put feta, which I don’t eat. He then remakes it and says “sorry”, I look at the salad and there’s no dressing. Just ridiculous and incompetent. They will never get my business. I feel awful for everyone ordering today to just get home or to work and find everything is incorrect!
The whole restaurant looks dirty and dingy.

A small act of kindness I’ll never forget
We were visiting Houston and stopped by this restaurant after a long, tiring day. I had ordered a sandwich, but when it came, it looked similar to a cold one with bacon—which I don’t eat, and I really dislike cold sandwiches in general. I politely asked the staff member if there was any chance to swap it for a warm one.
To my surprise, she said she would check with her manager, and within minutes, she brought me a fresh, full hot sandwich—no questions asked, just a warm smile and compassion.
I didn’t expect that level of kindness or understanding, especially when we were just visitors. But in that moment, their gesture truly felt like a favor I’ll never forget. It made all the difference. Thank you for not just serving food, but serving it with heart.

I do not understand how they can to get the order right and on top of that they take forever. My tuna sándwich barely had any tuna in it, they also put tomatoes and greens when in did not ordered them.
