I do not understand how they can to get the order right and on top of that they take forever. My tuna sándwich barely had any tuna in it, they also put tomatoes and greens when in did not ordered them.

Typical Panera. No hot water for tea was told to use microwave to heat cold water. Cup didn’t fit in microwave. Coffee lukewarm.

I can't tell you how many times I've come 10-15 minutes after I have already received a text that my order is ready, to have to wait another 5-10 minutes for it to be finished and bagged. It is never in the pick up area. I also can't tell you the last time they got a complete order correct in the last several years. I'm not sure anyone at a corporate level has a finger on the pulse of this struggling location.

Quality has gone to microwaved food and slow, lack luster service. $17 for a sandwich and bowl of soup with a coupon applied. The restaurant was a mess with a broken soda machine and the floor was wet everywhere.

I have come to Panera for years, mainly for bagels since I don’t live close to my favorite bagel place anymore. I really love the cinnamon crunchy bagel and the everything bagels. I went in yesterday around 10:30 am and there were scarcely any bagels. I asked the young woman at the front “are these all the bagels you have left?” And she confirmed that they were in a really nasty tone of voice. I contemplated just leaving but didn’t feel like driving twenty minutes away for bagels, so I asked for half a dozen of what they had left. I asked for two everything bagels, two sesame bagels, a blueberry and the one cinnamon crunch bagel. She seemed annoyed for some reason and when I asked her if she could slice them (she was just tossing them a bag) she sighed and went to slice them. I got charged for six bagels and left. When I got home I realized that there were only five bagels in the bag. One of the everything bagels was missing.

I didn’t go back because I didn’t have time and honestly, this isn’t the first time this Panera location has disappointed me. I went there previously and got a sandwich and it was burnt, but they fixed it when I complained.

The attitude of this worker coupled with the fact I was stiffed one of my bagels is enough for me to never go back to this place. I would rather drive the twenty minutes to NY Deli to get some bagels than have these people treat me poorly and then not give me my entire order. It is bad enough that Pearland barely has any decent restaurants or options for breakfast - the fact we have to deal with disgruntled employees and getting ripped off is enough to keep me driving into Houston to other establishments. I will add that I think it is absurd that at 10:30 am they would have barely any bagels left to begin with. What a joke.

You’ve lost a customer and I will recommend to anyone else that they should avoid it, too.

I just left this location and a young lady name “Michelle” took my order. I had to repeat myself numerous times because she was had her air pod in & was on the phone. Once I placed my order she didn’t ask if it was fine in or out or if I wanted a whole sandwich or half. I ordered a pastry and asked if I could put my loyalty number in. She responded as if she didn’t want to be bothered the whole time she didn’t say thank you or greet me back but was looking down on her phone the whole transaction . I paid grabbed my things and she grabbed her phone and continued to talk to her friend candy. I went to the other side got my drink then a lady at pick up asked if my order was to go I replied yes. I asked her if I was to get my pastry from this side she said no you was suppose to get it at check out. I told her she’s on her phone she’s not even paying attention. She went to the other side and addressed her and told her to get off her phone.
I almost literally didn’t want to order anymore and wanted to leave because the lady before me got a completely different experience then I did <<<
