Lately, we noticed that cold coffee is served and that is in the late afternoon. Upon request they served wrong type of coffee after a good wait. Then they tried correcting it and still not right. All this is happening for a good 30 minutes while you finished eating your food. Things were not taken care of at all.
Managers need to check on these things and keep good fresh coffee even in the afternoon. We love to come to Panera bread for a good variety of food and coffee....

A small act of kindness I’ll never forget

We were visiting Houston and stopped by this restaurant after a long, tiring day. I had ordered a sandwich, but when it came, it looked similar to a cold one with bacon—which I don’t eat, and I really dislike cold sandwiches in general.
