I ordered a regular-size pepperoni pizza, but when we got home, we realized it was thin crust. We called the store, and the person who answered told us to come back. We explained that it wasn’t our fault the order was made incorrectly. Instead of offering a solution, they said “alright, have a nice day” and hung up on us.

I was extremely disappointed to see how the staff work here without any hygiene standards being followed. The person making the pizza was handling and twisting the dough with bare hands, wearing a watch, no uniform, and without any head covering. At one point, I even saw him wipe his nose with his hand and then continue touching the dough — that was absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

None of the other staff members were wearing gloves either. The person handling the oven went to change the receipt printer paper and then went straight back to cooking without washing his hands. The floor was covered in flour and bits of paper were lying around.

If the kitchen looks anything like the front area, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s completely unsanitary. Truly a terrible experience — I would never come back here.

Paid for spicy garlic sauce. Realized I hadn't received it on my way home. Returned to go pick 1 up and the guy acted like I was trying to scam him out an extra sauce that I already paid for that you guys failed to provide. I regret the tip I provided on my pick up order

Placed an order online for delivery and it provided an estimate of 40 minutes. It took 2 hours and 10 minutes to receive the order. The restaurant is within few miles from me. I opted to pay more for delivery and tip because I was working and didn't want to drive there. Feels like I didn't get what I paid for and when I called they couldn't even provide an ETA. This was a Friday afternoon order around 1 pm

Took two hours to deliver pizza between two miles. Customer service said they didn't have any drivers available. When it did arrive, the pizza was cold and stale. Never ordering again from this shitty restaurant

We ordered a pizza for pick up and paid for it over the phone. We went to pick it up they said the transaction didn’t go through. We showed them that the charge was taking out of the account. They would not give us the pizza even when we proved we payed for it. Long story short we had to dispute the charge and never got our pizza. This is so upsetting and the service we received was awful. We will never return there again and make sure everyone knows about this!

This place has gone downhill after the new district manager, Bailey. Also, when jalapeños are on top of the pizza, it's because they forgot to put the toppings in it. They chased a lot of good workers from this location. Management is never wrong in doing anything. Your best bet is to go straight to corporate and file complaints. They need better workers who are gonna do the job correctly.
