I talked to the GM for this location about my issue with one of his so called managers disrespectful comments about law enforcement and with her swearing at me. And....as I kinda thought he was no better... ? He said he was on the phone with her the whole time. Now, the whole time she wasn't on the phone but ok...then he said non of what I said happened did actually acure....so I called Papa John's corporate and I am waiting on a phone call from the franchise owners...in the meantime I'm calling channel 13 investigates to look into This matter and also looking into other ways to have these people fired... totally not right to use discrimination in the workplace.

Placed a mobile order at 10AM yesterday for lunch (the order was for 12PM). Was under the impression I had already paid. Did not receive my food until almost 20 minutes after noon. The driver handed my food to a coworker and left immediately after. Apparently, the order was “not paid for fully” and the driver came back HOURS later (4:30PM, after I had left) claiming he wasn’t getting paid for his full day of work because I “never paid for my order”. I am not the kind of person to steal or not pay for anything, I have every intention of paying for whatever I have left to pay! If the order hadn’t been paid for or needed to be completed, I would have more than happily done so at that moment but I was not told I owed anything, so I left it at that. The store manager “Jill” called my job today claiming “I took the food, slammed the door in his face and didn’t pay”, which is completely untrue because my job has cameras pointed at the front door and when I called I told her I’d be more than happy to show her that footage she immediately tried to change the subject. She then proceeded to say nothing but “he needs to be paid” when I expressed asked why she lied to my boss about slamming the door in his face, why he said he wasn’t getting paid for the entire day because of one order, why he didn’t ask for payment right then and there if it needed to be paid and why he decided to come back hours later claiming he wasn’t getting paid for the entire day? I will most definitely be going in to pay for whatever needs to be paid for. I have never experienced something like this, it truly left me baffled to think 2 Papa John’s employees would call my job and blatantly lie about an interaction that happened when we have proof of what really happened. I would never recommend this store to anybody and based on as many bad reviews as they have, I don’t think anybody would.

What a joke I ordered the most simplest pizza ever. Cheese pizza with extra pizza sauce. I get home and check my pizza and it’s ONLY cheese no pizza sauce at all. So I understand people make mistakes we are human. But what got me was that I was called a liar. The individual I spoke with said they checked with the individual and the order was confirmed correct. So I drove back up there to physically show them the dry pizza. No apologies or even offering to fix it. I asked for my refund and left. NEVER AGAIN. Pearland Papa John’s do better.

This location barely uses any sauce on their pizzas.
The pizzas we ordered were extremely dry and had no sauce on them. I called back to request a replacement pizza that actually had sauce on it and I was hung up on twice. On the third call I was passed off to another manager, who promptly said he would make and deliver a replacement (so kudos to them there at least). The replacement pizza was almost as dry as the first with the faintest hint of pizza sauce, so I’m assuming it’s just a theme with this location.
i called to add parm cheese and red pepper flakes before order went out for delivery. person told me that order went out already and hung up.

I ordered the stuffed crust cheese pizza, picked it up from the store...went home, added sauted mushrooms and fresh basil for toppings. It was amazing! The store was clean. I was greeted by a friendly representative. WTG Papa Johns!!! I will most definitely be back...

I ordered 2 original crust pizzas. The dough was uncooked and tasted horrible. The dough was so raw that it was sticking to the pizza box (see pics). I love papa johns but this location is terrible.
