I always go to order pizza around 12.30am. This is the 2nd time it’s happened with me that they refused to take orders at 12.30am. When you are not taking order then why online showing it will close at 1a.m. I am not happy and I’m not going back agin for pizza .I always order a lot of pizza. But I have to mention one thing that the guy who usually work there ,he is very good to me.he never refused to take order.

Had the ridiculous bad luck of showing up 15 or so minutes after placing a carryout order and found out they were right in the midst of making a hundred boxes for this lady. Had to wait probably 40 minutes since I got there while they kept making like 5 extra large boxes at a time for the lady to stuff her trunk with. Some bald dude with glasses went outside to smoke a cigarette and brought it inside. I sympathize with the staff for dealing with a ridiculous order, but the way they handled it was just dumb. It was my first time ordering from papa johns so I don’t know if the small pepper is on brand, but thought it was meaningless to include at that point. Sleazy staff with a few nice ones.

I recently ordered from the Papa John’s in Pearland and was really impressed! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor — just the way I like it. The crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were generous. Great job to the team for keeping up the quality and service — I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered a pizza from here delivered to the wrong place or wasn't delivered Called them back they said they would send another pizza waited an hour never got delivered called them back again they said it was delivered again but I didnt get it asked for a refund and never got my money back I do not recommend ordering from this place

Truly the interaction left such a bad taste, I’ll drive the extra distance to never deal with such a bad attitude.

You are a literal fool if you order from this place. Delivery or take out. Drive to another Papa John's or order at another pizza place. Delivery, once the driver took the pizza because I didn't know the gate code and left when I walk outside and said he waited too long. Second time I ordered delivery 8 months later, the guy delivered to the wrong address, got mad because he went to the wrong address, threw the pizza and it was crumbled in a ball. Take out, the Hispanic manager lady is the rudest person you'll ever meet. Won't do anything about you stuff being mess up, won't give u her name. The one who usually working late shift. Please, I beg u, please order from somewhere else.
I ordered the special for delivery today, but my pizza arrived in disarray. I contacted the store manager Adam, who offered me a credit and apologized for the mishap. While I was satisfied with the resolution, I'm uncertain if I will continue ordering from Papa John's in the future. This isn't the first time something like this has happened; I just didn't report it before.

Order a half cheese and half mushroom onion with cheese stuffed pizza for $19. When pizza was ready only two slices had mushroom and onions. Asked for another pizza to be made and waited 30 minutes. Second pizza had the wrong toppings. Never coming here again. This was the second time my order was wrong. Going to Mcd now.

Ordered using door dash. Dasher called and said someone else picked up my order. Pressed 5 to speak to someone, phone call was hung up. Called pack pressed 3, they transferred me to the front desk. Told them about the issue, they said hang on and they hung up on me. Very unprofessional
