The girl today was sick and constantly rubbing her nose and coughing on the drinks she was making. I knew I wasn't going to get my money back and didn't feel like calling her out at the moment so I just threw my coffee away. They also dont wear gloves when making sandwiches. I Watch them rub their nose, reach in with their hand to grab meat, and make the sandwich. Probably won't go back even though the food taste great and the coffee is crack.

I wasn't really a fan of this version of Banh Mi. I was especially surprised because they boast baking the baguette themselves. This homemade version is just really bad. It's not crunchy & it almost felt raw. The filling was just okay but the bread needs much improvement. I was also shocked that a place that serves vietnamese food & boba drinks does not offer vietnamese coffee. I only tried the banh mi so perhaps other items are much tastier.

Updating my review from a year ago. I used to eat here once a month. Now it’s more like weekly. Solid Bahn Mi and excellent desserts, particularly for Pearland.

This is a really cute banh mi shop that also serves boba and some ice cream. Everything is fresh. The pate chaud was delicious and had lots of meat filling, and the outer pastry was soft and buttery. The banh mi was soft and chewy, with a good amount of meat and vegetable filling. I do wish there was more butter and pate inside. The croissant sandwiches are great, just wondering if it's supposed to come with a whole croissant or just half of one? Because mine came with the bottom piece of a croissant and that's it lol. Portion sizes are not bad. The sandwiches are skinnier than your normal banh mi but they're like a foot long. Service is hit or miss, with some issues with communication during ordering. However, the lady making all the banh mi orders in the back is the sweetest! If you do want your banh mi a little more crispy or toasted, I suggest putting them in the airfryer or toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes.

Service was not good. I wanted a sandwich and said B1 and the cashier asked me if I'm ordering sandwiches. It's their code, I didn't make it up. She questioned me next when I asked if #9 was the Việt coffee. She said, 'is it?' Wth? Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Even when she called for the order she was not done being rude. The girl with glasses and is wearing a ponytail. I think she thinks she's all that. Not coming back.

The first time at this place, the smell of different herbs and spices for me was wonderful and mouth-watering. I went in to.order Pho ( chicken). I decided to try the pork poboy. It was very, very good. Fresh vegetables on poboy and the pho were great as well , all fresh ingredients. Will come.back and try other things on menu.

Next stop on the Bánh Mì express I've been on is in Paris. Paris Bánh Mì to be exact.Although, two completely different types of sandwiches, I found it interesting that it's right next to a Jersey Mike's.My first impression of the restaurant was that it is exceptionally clean and organized. It was not very busy when I went in and it was really laid back and quiet with soft music playing. I took my time looking around the baked goods displayed as well as the snacks that were on the shelves. After browsing for a bit, I decided to order. I ordered a bánh mì chay (vegetarian) and bánh mì gà xé (shredded chicken). I also ordered a ca phê sữa đá and a few pastries.Just keep in mind that chay (veggie) doesn't necessarily mean tofu, which I incorrectly assumed. I was totally fooled by the veggie based "meat" in the bánh mì chay. After staring at it for a bit, I asked the owner, I believe ( she was definitely in charge) about it. In my broken tiếng việt and with the assistance of another worker, I asked her about the meat because I assumed it would be tofu. She explained that it was plant based and I dug in. I want to thank her for being so patient and gracious with my questions. I appreciate good, engaging service. It tasted great. I was surprised to see that the bánh mì was thinner but longer than most I've had before. The bread was not as crispy as I personally prefer but it still had a good flavor and texture. The veggies tasted fresh and the veggie "meat" tasted good. The bánh mì gà xé was also good. The shredded chicken had a good texture and was not too dry. The bánh mì and veggies tasted fresh too.The ca phê sữa đá was very good and surprisingly large. It tasted very good and wasn't too sweet. I really enjoyed it.The pastries were very good as well.I can see that by everything from the decoration of the restaurant and the packaging of the food that Paris Bánh Mì is a very professional establishment with good food and great service. I cannot wait to return and try some more food here.

The cashier lady with slim body on Saturday morning was very rude and not respected with customer. We sometimes visited here on Saturday for our kids eating first before their Saturday class. When we came to the restaurant ordered 2 special Pho and then the lady with slim body she inputted only 1 order and turned the POS touch screen to me to touch for signature and I realized she put only 1 order. I requested her to change to 2 orders. She told me that my mistake she heard I told her only 1 Pho with 2 waters (my kids and one customer waiting there smiled with her attitude) and she said she did not want to change to 2 orders but she inputed another receipt for 1 order and claimed me totally wrong when I communicated with her and she taught me next time need to say just "order 2 Pho". I and my kids did not want to deal with her just finishing eating and left. Actually, she did not hear clearly when the customer ordered and trying to be always right and the customer who came to enjoy the restaurant sevice under her eyes is always wrong. Our mood at this time does not want to come this place once again because this kind of customer service.

I got the honey milk tea and it tastes really watered down. I've previously gotten their eggrolls and bahn mi and it tasted pretty good. There are better places but this one wasn't bad. I think this place is more well known for their desserts/pastries.
