I've eaten at other Pepperoni's before & this is the worst one or worst pizza place experienced ever.So I ordered it lunch online a few weeks ago & when I got there my food wasn't ready even though I came 10 mins late. The girl at the counter didn't even put my food in the bag, I had to reach over & her to get a bag & put my food into the bag. My salad was missing & I guess at the time someone had to make it? So I waited. She took an order from a person in line & went to the back. I saw her rolling & making 2 pizzas. 10 mins rolled by & I've been standing there, right at the counter for 10 mins. I finally called out to her that if the salad wasn't ready then I like a refund because I can't wait this long, I gotta go back to work. So she went to the back & then within secs she had a salad. It was probably in the fridge the whole time & didn't need to be made. She just "forgot" about me & my existence even though I was standing right there by the counter.BTW the wings are horrible. They're very dry & barely had any meat, it was like eating jerky but the sauce was good. I opened up my pizza nice & as I was pulling out a slice I noticed something at the bottom. It was like this black metal rail or some sort. It was the pizza pan she used to cook my pizza in. She had dropped the whole thing the box. I took a picture because I thought this is definitely the worst place ever.The pizza was really good though, but the bad service & all of that. Never again. I will drive out to other Pepperonis location far & wide but I will not come to this location ever again. & I read some of the reviews here & also rebuttals or explanations. All of it & this is unacceptable. If you can't find or hire good work that's not my problem. What is my problem is the disrespect & time wasted that I won't get back. No refund or explanation can give me that back.

Placed an order at 6:15p, January 15th and it is currently 8:18p and the pizza has not been delivered. The call center cannot get ahold of the Kingsley store in Pearland, TX to see what is going on. Apparently it's been over 2+ hours and nobody has answered. I asked for the stores direct number, and the person wasn't "allowed" to give out the number. 8:20p now......

Foods ok but i would never work here. They treat they're employees like trash. I dont want to support a company who devalues people. There are some really pathetic managers there on a power trip that needs to stop. You shouldnt be using fowel language when referring to your workers either. Now the customers can know. Idc what the food is like. There are a billion pizza places and plenty of better managers. I would re-evaluate your staff before you start having massive turnover and customer loss. So many other places to go. Dont support these people.

I have repeatedly had poor service here. The staff is very unapologetic when they get an order incorrect and they are unwilling to correct their mistake.

I do not know where to even begin. I used to come here all the time but I’ve been busy with work so it’s been a few weeks. I was informed by the sweetest cashier that the GM no longer works there and you can tell! Everytime I went he used to greet me by my first name, double check my order and get me back to work in no time! Now the Wait time was over 40 minutes, my table was dirty, and nobody in the kitchen was wearing gloves, aprons, hairnets etc. will NOT be coming back!

Wow. I'm honestly very shocked at the quality and taste. I spent $44 here. 1 small margherita pizza 1 small pepperoni special 1 large spring mix salad w raspberry vinaigrette 1 order 10 piece wings mild with ranch. . Pizza: it was fine. Small, but good. Not amazing, but good for what it was. $8.99 x2 . Salad: the croutons were so disgusting. I had to spit them out. It was disgusting. The smell alone was sickening. The dressing is definitely like your run of the mill household name brand dressing -- not good. Not enough for the amount of lettuce. Also, I asked for no cucumber and all that was on my "salad" was cherry tomatoes. $8.99 . Wings: They weren't wet. Like. There was barely any sauce on them. Very disappointing. $12.99 on receipt. $8.99 on the menu. . This was very disappointing, honestly. The taste. The quality. The shady pricing. Just really bad over all. Like others said, I had to order over the phone with a call center -- which was very strange. In order to talk to the actual store I had to push different numbers to be connected. Oh, and had to go back for my receipt.

Yikes. Gotta give it the 1 star.Sat at table near the register and bathrooms...Saw an employee with dreads go to the bathroom and come out his hands were bone dry. Then both employees present were making pizzas without gloves. Although later one with a beard put them on.Fairly grossed out.Also you cant actually call this location to place an order. Send you to a call center with wait time and long list of info they need from you just to place an order. They want you to stay on the line to rate them. Like the hell? Just want a pizza.

This place has gone down with service. The staff ignores you when you go to pick up your order. I had to play loud music to get their attention at the drive-through window. After 10 minutes, the girl takes my name to check on the order and vanishes for another 15 minutes. It's already over 35 minutes on top of the estimated time given, and there is still no sense of urgency. incompetent staff, poor experience. I am still waiting while writing this review. This is second time in a row where they have screwed up. I gave the benefit of doubt for the first time. Do not order here and spoil your dinner.

Worst pizza experience ever. They lied about the delivery time and then gave the DoorDash driver the pizza to deliver and deal with dissatisfied customers... when it was the ineptness of Pepperoni's. We had a simple order, a large pizza and a 2 L bottle of Coke. We ordered at 8:31 PM. We finally received our pizza at 10:45 PM. Mind you we live 1.5 miles from the business. Oh, and to cap things off, the pizza was cold. But since they close at 10 PM, there's nothing you can do about it. I will never order from this place again. I will tell my friends and family to never to order from this place again. And now I'm telling Yelpers I don't recommend the risk. It is unethical to promise a pizza in an hour, and then fail to deliver it in a reasonable amount of time... and then not giving a damn that it's freaking cold. Also told the DoorDash driver to avoid that business because he spent a great deal of time waiting for them to make the pizza costing him money. I'm not falling for this scam again and neither should you. Good luck.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I was told multiple times that my order was coming out the oven, or it would be ready in 5 minutes and 40 minutes later I am still waiting. The guy cooking the pizzas is on his iPhone, and a girl walks in and he starts talking to her; this girl also manages to get her pizzas when she walks in while multiple people are waiting for an update on their order. All I ask for is honesty, I wouldn't have mind waiting just tell me the actual time, and don't lie.
