Our server, Diego was very sweet, polite and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were familiar with the menu and items available. They were out of the egg coffee but we were very happy with the coconut coffee instead. The Pho was hot, fresh and had full bodied flavor. They have free refills on the noodles which was very nice. The music was pleasant and not too loud so we were able to talk and hear without straining. We went around 4 pm so it wasn't too busy. Everything...
The Pho flavor and meatballs are awesome. The atmosphere is very inviting with a beautiful wood design features. The manager is on top of things with making sure you’re comfortable, that your order is correct and on time!
I’ve tried several dishes here and everything has been consistently fresh and flavorful. I’ve had the Bò Kho, the pho dip, and the beef vermicelli, and each one had its own standout qualities but my absolute favorite was the pho dip. The broth is rich and aromatic, and dipping the meat and noodles into that hot, savory broth just hits different. It’s comforting, flavorful, and honestly the dish I’d come back for again and again.
