The food was good, similar to the other four Pho Saigon locations I've visited. However, the service at this location needs significant improvement. Despite there being only about six customers, the two servers at the front spent most of their time chatting with each other and on their phones. Neither of them checked in on us, and we were given only one medium-sized cup of water for the entire meal.

I have been there several times but the service lately is not the same. We got there, we waited on the table other people came in after us they got their table and they got served way before us, my friend had to go to the register and ask for us to served, not cool, service is very attentive. Sadly, this happened to me twice in that place. 😞
I had to ask for a menu once I sat down but noticed other customers didn’t look like me were greeted immediately!!!

They closed before their posted buainess hours. That’s bad business.. Wanted to try it out because of watching the news episode. But there is one thing about customer service! Bad reviews are not good, and once bad word spreads it’s over with, customer service is lacking.. If you want to close early change your hours, I walked in at 850 just getting off from work and was told we’re closed clearly when the hours say 9pm. Will not be visiting again

I was really excited about trying this place after seeing the owner on Isaiah factor on FOX 26. But unfortunately, I was not able to try the restaurant out because I walked in at 8:50 PM while the doors were unlocked, the open sign lit and customers inside. a nonchalant male employee told me that the kitchen was closed without even asking the kitchen, could they take my pho order @8:50pm? That’s bad business if you ask me!

Been going to this location for a two years now. Best Pho on the south side of town. Eric is a great manager and knows how to take care of his customers.
The food is good. Very good portions as well. No complain. The reason I’m giving it a 3 stars was due to service. The server did come to take our order but after that, he forgot about us. Didn’t bother to bring us utensils, water refills. There were 3 servers and they were all sitting in a table on their phones, they looked like customers. We called them several times and it’s like they had to drag themselves to help us. One was even wearing pijamas and slippers. Thought it was unprofessional.

Very disappointed, while dinning in the server took my Pho toppings to the wrong table. Instead of getting new fresh toppings she took my toppings from the table she delivered them to and brought them over to me. I asked the server “didn’t you take these to another table” she replied no. However the lady who was sitting at the table got my attention and informed me that my toppings were in fact at her table. That’s so unsanitary, if they do this in the public eye I cant imagine what they do in the kitchen.

Food is decent and service is quick. Went to use their restroom and it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. It smelled like a sewer in there and had urine all over the place. After seeing their restroom which is public I can’t imagine how clean they keep their kitchen and for that very reason we will not be going back to this place.
