I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Pizza Hut recently with the night manager ANTHONY. Firstly, my order took a whopping hour to arrive, only to never show up. After finally managing to get through to them on the phone, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they had the audacity to argue with me, accusing me of simply trying to get a free pizza.

I placed an order to be picked up at a later time. I paid in advance. My boyfriend went to pick up the pizza. He was told the cookie was ready but the pizza had yet to be made.
