Ordered from Pearland parkway and was told 30 mins..got a text update saying my order was being door dashed from this location..and it was gonna be another hour before delivery. People on phone just seem lost and not very concerned at all!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Pizza Hut recently with the manager Anthony on 6200 Broadway Pearland. Firstly, my order took a whopping hour to arrive, only to never show up. After finally managing to get through to them on the phone, instead of acknowledging their mistake, they had the audacity to argue with me, accusing me of simply trying to get a free pizza.To add insult to injury, I discovered through a neighbor's Facebook post that they had received my order, prompting Pizza Hut to offer them a free pizza and hang up on me when I confronted them with proof of their blunder.Venturing to the store to confront them in person was met with further disrespect from the night shift supervisor, who not only dismissed my concerns but also had the gall to dispute the amount I had paid, as if that somehow justified their incompetence.Overall, this experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and utterly disappointed in Pizza Hut's appalling customer service. They have not only lost my business but have also managed to cultivate a lasting disdain for their brand. Avoid at all costs the 6200 Broadway Pearland location.

Rebecca is Absolutely Outstanding! She handles everything with grace and even customers that may have an overly entitlement disposition. I have a degree in hospital management and operated full serve restaurants for years.I don't know her position or future intention, but if I were Pizza Hut upper management, I would be grooming her to join our ranks.Reagards!
