Not sure who's to blame for the bad service...Twice I had to pick up my food after I ordered for delivery waited an 1...then had to go get it, only to be told there was no order even though I had an order confirmation.

Placed a order online said it would be ready in 15 send my boyfriend to pick up said they had a line out the door and it was going to take 25-30 mins so I tell him to come get me and take me home from work while we wait no big deal he goes back and is told it will take a hour more. Told him to cancel it and go to shadow creek. He proceeded to go back and wait in line and took literally 30 mins I checked my call log to just get to the counter to get the refund. Trust me I know ab getting backed up manage a kitchen myself if it’s going to be a long wait say it from the jump almost 2 hours of my time waisted.

i placed an order for delivery at 6:45, i didnt get my order by 7:30 so i went on my 30 min break from work to go try to cancel the order, the line was out the door and i couldnt even get close to the front, so i went back to work and tried to call customer service but the online portal was down and the hold was infinite, by the time i finally got my food at 9, the dessert was burnt and the pizza was cold, i tried to cancel through the driver but they sent a door dash driver, not even a pizza hut driver so she couldn't do anything, i need a refund, im never coming back

Attempted the $2 Tuesday. Ordered online at 5:55p. Was given a 6:15p pick up time. I arrived at about 6:30p to find a line outside the door. Those in line were informed that even if you ordered and paid online, you had to physically wait in this line to receive a number to retrieve your order. Once I was able to make it inside the store there were pizza boxes (filled orders) sitting around the counters everywhere. There was no method to the madness. The lady behind me was on the phone with customer service for a refund, but the hold was long. Many of us waited in line simply to request refunds. By the time I made it to the front (at 7:22p) they were on #185. He said I'd be #219 if I continued to wait - it would be about an hour- or I could get a refund. Of course a refund was requested. Pizza Hut needs to do better.

Ordered food for lunch and the food was prepared when I arrived exactly the time it stated it would be. The staff was not at the desk as I walk in but I was promptly greeted from the back where they were retrieving my food. The staff was friendly. Now let’s get into my food…. I usually dont opt for pizza from a chain but shockingly it was really good. I kept eating even though I was full. Now I’m in trouble for the second half of my day.

She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from the moment I walked in. Her friendly attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit even more enjoyable. Ms. Cynthia is incredible! I’m so happy she transferred to this location — she brought such a warm, welcoming energy and made my entire visit amazing. I’ve been coming to this location for nearly a decade, and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had (which says a lot, because I’ve had many great ones here!).

Ms. Cynthia got me in and out quickly, helped with adjustments to my order, and made everything feel seamless. Her customer service is top-tier, and the rest of the team was just as wonderful. So grateful she’s part of this location now!

I love the 2 for $7 deal. This location has great customer service ! I’m going stick to the regular breadsticks😊

I should have looked at the reviews first. How can a multi-billion dollar company not keep their store staffed?
Waited for one pizza over an hour inside the store. Another customer waited 45 minutes for one order of boneless wings.
