6:28p First time picking up pizza from Pizza Hut in decades.
No one at the service desk. Only moved up in line because others got tired of waiting. Arrived when order said it was ready. One lady was inside already asking for the manager. Another customer was told they would have to wait 20 minutes after waiting 20 minutes because "there are 30 items on the screen."
Whatever their process for operation may be, it has broken down OR maybe a machine is broken and they are trying to hide it.
6:47p someone came out to apologize and say they are short staffed.
Let a lady skip me because her kids are with her and at this point, what does it matter?
Never coming back again.
6:52p Phone is ringing but no one can answer it. Even the lady I let skip paid but has not received her food that was a carryout order.
Food: Could not rate the food yet because no one has received their food.

My pizza was dry, hard and had no taste whatsoever. The toppings were also scarce. I am so disappointed. A terrible waste of money.

Made order on line it was supposed to be ready in 15 min when I got there they had burned pizza started on another and it was tore up finally got a pizza 45 min later and they offered me. A 12 pz bottle of Pepsi after asking for manager she only offered me a 12 credit on a 20 bill plus I had added a tip

I ordered my pizza through the Pizza Hut app and the app indicated that my order was ready; only for me to get to the store and find out they haven’t started. The attitude of the employees was really nonchalant! I rarely eat fast food and my visit to Pizza Hut confirmed why!!
