Wonderful customer service. The baristas were genuinely nice. The vibe was nice; quiet and cozy. This was my 2nd time to visit a PJs. The coffee based beverage at this location was far superior to the 1st one in Ruston, La. I'm happy I gave PJs a 2nd chance.

I had to look out side to make sure I wasn’t on Canal Street in New Orleans after that first bite of that Beignet with caramel sauce. I was chewing with my eyes clothes enjoying every CHEW! Job well done! I will be BACK!

What happened to this place? It used to be somewhere where you could get a decent drink. However, after today I will not be returning. Coffee was terrible. The bagel was so dry. Service was okay.

This is only based off of this experience, as I've been here many times and purchased this same item and came here specifically for that item today, but I'm disappointed in the quality and the fact that they would serve this.
There is nothing like having your taste buds... your stomach...everything fixated on eating something, but you know you shouldn't be eating it because it's outside of your diet, which in this case was the beignets from PJs. I said that today is going to be the last day that I eat everything in sight before I go back on my diet, so I finally give in, I go to PJs, I get these beignets and I don't know what is going on but from my perspective it tasted like not only is their oil old and needs to be changed out, but the beignet wasn't light and fluffy, it was like heavy, wet, and greasy and almost burnt. I am wondering why they were even wet when I took them out the bag but clearly it was just wet sugar and oil. I'm so irritated and I did call to speak to a manager because I can't believe they would even serve these balls of wet grease to someone, but there wasn't a manager in. They did offer to remake the order but I didn't want it remade in that same old oil. I'm just glad I didn't buy a large number of them like I have in the past.
This place may need some new management, most recently everytime I go my order is wrong or inconsistent. I have been receiving the same drink for the last 3 years. Today was the 4th time my order was wrong within the last 5 weeks of me going. Went this morning through the drive through to grab my usual, a mocha latte and I was given a hot chocolate 😫😫😫😫😫. So no caffeine for me this morning. I didn’t taste my drink until I was already on 288 hwy (bad mistake) and I didn’t have it in me to turn around and drive all the way back. On top of that when I handed the young lady my cash she asked me “would you like your change?” Um 😐 yeah why wouldn’t I….. training is needed because it seems like this location is ran by untrained teenagers. I will not be returning. The Sienna location (Missouri, City) is more professional, consistent and their service is top tier. So disappointing because this one is closer to me.

I’ve been going to PJ’s since I was in middle school, and it has always been my favorite place to study and get coffee. Over the past five years, I’ve seen many different baristas come and go, but I’ve never had a single bad experience at this location. The lobby and bathrooms are always clean, the service is consistently fast and excellent, and the décor is incredibly homey.
The owner even hangs up the coloring sheets they provide for customers—my friends and I actually have two framed (yes, framed) hanging on the wall! The atmosphere is truly unmatched and perfectly represents the sense of community we have here in Pearland.
As for the drinks, I’ve tried nearly every coffee and refresher on the menu over the years, and the quality and taste have always remained consistent, no matter who is making my drink. They also have a refrigerated display with sandwiches and pastries that are always fresh and super convenient for long study sessions. The baristas are always happy to toast them for you, which is such a nice touch.
There’s even an outdoor seating patio in the front with umbrellas at every table, and inside the café, every table has outlets nearby. The music they play inside the lobby is the perfect volume, not distracting at all.
I’ve studied for every AP test in all my years in highschool at PJ’s, and it’s become almost a tradition for me and my friends. It’s by far the best place to hang out with friends or get work done. I’ve never been to an establishment that cares this much about its community and customers. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who lives in, or is just passing through Pearland!
