It was all good and I would come more often but the smell in there is terrible u can't breathe because they need ventilation I don't know what they're cooking but it so smokey like burnt oil terrible u have to go home change and bathe because it's penetrated into ur skin clothes hair just go CK it out please fix this gave it a 2nd chance yesterday I luv this cafe comfy seats great drinks and food the music not so great but that smell it's like ur in a grease burning place I don't understand why have to come home and do the process and my back pack has to stay outside cause it stinks please fix this maybe better ventilation I want to go back

My experience today was horrible I asked for a lightly toasted croissant received a burned croissant ask the drive thru lady to make me another one and she came back and gave me the same exact croissant. The chai tea I order taste like water there’s no chai in it at all. I will not be coming back here ever!

Didn’t realize it was a chain but customer service was great! Coffee is decent (I’m picky and prefer this WAY more than starbs) only real complaint was the bfast sandwich was kind of flavorless but beneigts made up for it in flavor department.

I had a terrible experience at this coffee shop today. I was waiting in line to order, but the small Caucasian woman working behind the counter was too busy chatting with her boyfriend, who wasn’t even ordering. They were discussing their vacation plans instead of taking his order—or mine. After waiting far too long, I walked out because clearly, their conversation was more important than serving customers. Will not be coming back.

New orleans-style beignets. That's what brought me to PJ's coffee. The beignets were just like I remember from New Orleans. Unfortunately, and I took away a star for it, they didn't have chicory coffee. Actually I should probably put that fifth star back in because the beignets were so awesome. Loved the service too. The employees really seemed like they enjoyed what they were doing which takes a lot of stress while you're in there. Totally going back for more.

This location is the McD’s of the franchise, something is always broken, and their customer service is too. The first time I went my sandwich couldn’t be toasted because the oven was down, no big deal, I tried again. The second time I visit I ordered a pecan velvet ice (today 45 mins ago) the blender is “broken”, and I had the audacity to want a straw with my iced drink (please don’t expect napkins or receipts here). The customer service is absolutely awful, with both times I came to the Pearland location I felt unwanted both times, zero receipt, and items missing. This last time at this store will be my last time. Save the hassle of poor service and go to any other coffee spot around the area, but PJ’s. I legitimately considered investing in the franchise, until visiting this location. Order their amazing coffee beans online and get your coffee delivered, but avoid this location like the plague.

I’m very disappointed with PJ’s Coffee. This is the second time I’ve visited this location and found that they stop serving blended drinks well before closing time, just so the crew can leave early. Shutting down the machine an hour before closing is not good business. The first time this happened, I sent a message via PJ’s website but didn’t receive any confirmation that it was received. I had stopped visiting the Pearland location for several months before giving them another try, and for a while, everything was good—service, drinks, and atmosphere. But now this has happened again.
