I just went through the drive through and ordered an 8 piece (only) chicken. It was $25 dollars with tax. I asked for all dark, it even says it on the ticket but I still got the regular 8 piece. I open the box when I got home (5-7 min later) and it’s ice cold and hard as a rock!! Not only is my order wrong, the chicken tastes like it was cooked yesterday! I tried calling them and no one would answer. My family won’t eat the chicken cause it’s terrible. Every time I’ve been to this location there is always an issue. I won’t be going there again. I don’t want to waste another dime on cold food.

I drove for uber a few years back and I went in and saw an employee drop a bowl on the floor, pick it up, look me right in the eye and continue to fill it with food.

Food was good, but the order was seriously messed up. Thankfully we were eating in the restaurant and didn't drive thru. Had to go back to get missing items at least 4 times. Food didn't take long to prepare and get, and it was great once everything was finally received. The major issue I had was the rotten trash smell that was coming from the soda self serve area. It seriously smelled as bad as a dumpster behind a restaurant that had been left in the heat, full of old trash and food for a month. It was that bad. It was mentioned to the staff and they could have cared less. The fact that you could smell it while you were ordering food made it all that much worse. So food was decent, but I'm not really sure about the cleanliness of the location.

The place was really busy. I told the person taking my order I hope they could rush my order. I was running late from picking up my twins. His response was I got you. A few minutes later, he handed me my order. As a result of his actions, I wasn't late. That's the type of customer service we need more of. And as always the chicken was so good.

Beware of this place!!!!Ordered 29 dollars worth of food, got to the window, and the cashier said 27? I asked him for the order, and it was different than what I ordered, so he said ok 29 and change. Got my order with no issues. A few days later, my statement came, and I was charged for both the 29 and 27 dollars meals. Ok, mistakes happen right! Call the restaurant and speak to the manager. They looked up and charges they agreed to refund the money. However, I must return and get it in cash? Huh.... just credit it back, and it goes away.... nope, must come back and get it in cash. Well, I dont live local, so I had to spend gas and time to get a refund that could have been done via electronic refund! Makes me wonder how many times they did this! Would be zero stars, but Google won't allow it.... be aware of this scam

Ordered two meals. Drinks came 3/4 full. Tops not put on correct. Missing items I purchased even after they repeated the order at the window. Found hairs all over the drink and in bag. Never again. Place sloppy, dirty, and unorganized.

Drove up to the drive thru, line was out to the street on the mall side. After wait at least 5 minute in the street, decided to park and walk in. I go inside, short line on the inside. Then notice the manager on a person call while there are people waiting in the drive thru and inside the store. What kind of example is she setting for the other employees. As a manager she should be setting the example and setting clear expectations.

Asked for a 5 piece tender, was given shriveled pieces, $6 for a “large” red beans and rice, didn’t even get dipping sauce, and they forgot the sauce.

Patiently waited for fresh food for over 30 minutes. No one could tell me where my order was. The person I asked had given my order away and never said anything when I asked about my order number or how much longer. Was offered to wait again for more fresh food after I waited the first 30 min. Just got my refund and won’t be returning to this location. I just wanted fresh food and waited in the lobby patiently my order number was not called as I would have heard it. Someone just walked up and said it was their order, no one checked ticket numbers. Very much a waste of time in my day.
