Pleasantly surprised. Food was amazing. My favorite was the breakfast power bowl. Huge portions and great flavor combination. This is a great option for on the go. I highly recommend this place for a healthy and delicious meal. I also loved that they have green juice.

Savory meals prepped, and sweets love this spot for an easy healthy options to eat! Friendly staff and can warm up your meals too!

GO BUY EVERY SINGLE MEAL! I don’t know what kind of sorcery the Power Fit kitchen is practicing in there but damn. This meal is incredible! I’ve also tried the turkey hash and it’s all shockingly good. ??Whatever you get-get 2 you’ll want it!

I tried several of my daughter's meals and they were so good. Now I'm getting my own meals. Put them in the microwave a few minutes and voila is time to eat. They have meals that are high in proteinThey also have protein desserts!

Power Fit Prep meals have made it so easy and convenient for my fiance and I to have fresh and healthy meals daily. As a vegan, I appreciate the variety of meals they have to fit my lifestyle. And with us both working long hours, this has been the perfect solution that also taste great! The staff has also been AMAZING with any and all inquires I've had. We will be ordering more next week!

Kayla and her team are absolutely INCREDIBLE! I’ve used her for both meals and just a meal plan - not only are her meals absolutely DELICIOUS! She also offers delivery right to your door! It’s SO convenient! Her meal plans can be changed weekly to fit your current cravings/needs. I have been using her while prepping for my first body building competition and she has truly been a God send. I couldn’t have done it without her. 1000% you won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend for meal prep in the clear lake/fwood/lcity area (basically just about anywhere in Galveston county they can deliver to or have meals close by to pick up)! Kayla helped me use my macros and my personal tastebuds to find meals that work for me and that I can enjoy over and over again cause I’m not one of those who can eat the same thing every day all day. Also this has helped me get breakfast into my days every day during the hustle and bustle of morning school get ready/drop off. My breakfast is no longer just coffee and yogurt. The food is fresh and I have yet to find something I don’t like. I realize my pics don’t show the food but that’s because it’s so good I inhale it (teriyaki stir fry and breakfast pancake bites) ? they got snacks too for when my sugar fits need fixing! Sooo good!
