“Kerry was AMAZING he was fast and pleasant and gave me a completely new outlook on this specific location I have been hesitant to patron because I was not previously pleased with the service or food and gave a 1 star review but Kerry was attentive and made sure the pretzels were fresh and weren’t burnt. I’m not sure if Kerry’s a manager but if not he should be he provided all around great service“

“This place is awesome! Great tasting pretzels! I had a last minute drop for an Apartment Life event from a Pretzelmaker competitor. However, Jackie helped me and made everything super easy. I order 40 of the soft pretzels and it was absolutely a hit with our residents!“

With that said, he is a breath of fresh air. Renz went above and beyond to resolve something for me and I left happy. His customer service is awesome, and it was nice to get a smiling face.“
