Ordered in drive thru @ around 4 PM. It was NOT busy. I ordered 4-3 finger combos, w/ ALL lg drinks, and extra toast. after paying, I requested ketchup as well. I was handed 4 medium drinks, I then corrected the worker, about he large drinks I ordered, they corrected them, gave me my order a long with the larger drinks and I waited there for 2 min waiving at the window for ketchup. I went home and 3 of 4 of the orders had ff that would be ok if they were for a kids meal... But I did not order kids meals! The portion sizes are ridiculous!!! The lack of FF they put into the to go boxes was minimal (PICS ATTACHED BELOW) and the tenders looked like 3 inch nuggets. I was so upset that they are ok with giving this for the $50 I paid to feed 4 people! I never write good or bad reviews; but this has happened to me more than once at this location. I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem?

The food in size isn't what it used to be. The tenders and toast have shrunk in size tremendously. They don't even serve a decent quantity of fries and at the bottom of mine were burnt dried fries. I'm very disappointed with Cane's, don't know if it's just this location or elsewhere. ..I don't reccomend this place to eat at all, not worth the money....

Chicken tenders shrunk a lot. Disappointed after i went 3x thinking i probably just got a dmall batch. Not all of them are like this though just some canes and this one is one of them

Caniac ordere th crust was soggy! Yuk!

Picked up my food and opened as soon as I drove off just to find a nasty hair in my fries. Went back to talk to the manager and she just replaced it. Looked around to just to find that no one had a hair net covering their hair. Employees had their caps on but hair loose over their shoulders , even the manager had her hair up but loose around the hat. What’s the point of wearing a hat in a restaurant, if it isn’t covering the hair! Just not a place I would recommend to have a meal! Very disappointed considering their chicken is delicious!

This was my first visit ever to Raising Cane's (no I don't live under a rock ?). I was very impressed. When I made mention of being a first timer, the cashier took the time to explain the menu and the different ways I could order. I ended up choosing to get my chicken naked and my bread (bob - butter on both sides). It was delicious. The chicken was great, the slaw delicious, and the fries were sooo good. The cashier and the time she put into ensuring my visit was a good one definitely made my experience there a wonderful one!

The food isn’t as good as I remember. Kind of bland in my opinion. Service was pretty fast even though there was a long line. Eat the fries right away because once they cool they are inedible.
