Just left here. Food has a funny taste like old chicken. Can’t eat this and don’t feel like driving back in that long line to get a refund. The fries especially have a weird taste and after taste which is odd considering it looks like it was barely cooked but in old chicken grease. When it’s good it’s good but this funny taste and old tasting chicken. I won’t be back. Not to mention the size of the strips has changed drastically. So tiny for the price! Never again.

Ordered curbside. After waiting 10 minutes after checking in, had to go inside. The people in the curbside next to me had to do the same thing. Had no clue about my order when I went in. No apology, very unfriendly. If I hadn't gone in, I'd still be waiting. Guesing curbside is just a "suggestion"? They obviously have no intent to provide the service. Stay away.

Always have a great experience at this location. Tonight they were extremely busy and my order was a little messed up, but a amazing staff member was able to help and fix the mix up.
Man I love this place, I used to come here twice a week. But today I wanted to stop and grab some dinner for later. I ordered the Caniac combo. I was so disappointed to see the size of the strips I got (see pic). I do not recall them being that small. I was in uniform and in my patrol unit, so maybe someone was playing games. Still g9od food just what happened to the portions we used to get.

The lines are very long but it’s understandable i guess, aside from waiting 20 mins In the drive through line my order was wrong but i wasn’t surprised . I had to go inside to get the things that were missing and the workers are just playing around ignoring me as I’m standing there in line ?? Them fooling and jumping around was more important than attending a customer… after a few mins of talking about unimportant nonzense

Messed up our order. But otherwise, the food was good, and the ordering process was smooth, almost Chick-fil-A like.Most fast food places need to take a page off of Chick-fil-A. They do a phenomenal job in customer service and speed. They also quickly correct any issues without a fuss.
