I came in cause it’s one of my favorite places the food is always great but my server was top tier Keysha elevated my experience. Definitely need to be in her section errrytime!!!!

I had the pleasure to dine at this restaurant while passing through on the way back home to Oklahoma. The atmosphere was inviting and our waitress Shakeysha was friendly; personable; and attentive. I would definitely recommend stopping to grab a bite if you are in the area and ask for Shakeysha. You won’t be disappointed!

This restaurant has gotten worse and worse every time I go. This last time I went will definitely be the LAST time. It has always been mid but this experience was below average. First of all no one is ever at the host stand to greet you. Also if you ever sit in a booth look to your left and see all the food stains on the windows and blinds it’s dirty. Service was terrrible this last time. Sushi did not taste fresh and the shrimp tempura in my sushi was actually black because it was somehow burnt. Portions are small. I will not be back.

I hate to have to write this, but I feel constructive criticism is needed. I have ate here 100’s of times and that is no exaggeration. I do not cook anymore so I go here at least 3x a week since 2018. It was so often, that the servers knew what my order was going to be as soon as I sat down. I am not sure if the turnover rate has gotten high but the last 3x I’ve gone the service has been horrible. I literally just got up right now and walked out. I am writing this review from my vehicle. I walked in and was seated right away. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and no one said a thing. Some guy finally came over and told me he was going to bring me some water. I said thank you and also ordered another beverage. I sat there for almost 10 more minutes. He never brought my water, he never brought the beverage I asked for, and he never came and took my order. I decided right then and there that I am never coming back. I have given this establishment way too much money to not be able to get a glass of water. I walked out and he was still nowhere in sight. They have great food, but the service has gone downhill. I am very big on service, which is why I always went there because it’s always been great. If it was just this time or a random coincidence, that would be one thing but the last 3x I’ve gone there it’s been something similar. I was there last Thursday. I always always always order extra ginger no wasabi. I reminded him twice, I still got wasabi which I just scrapped off my plate. My sushi came out first. I was almost done eating when my edamame (appetizer) came out. I was already full so I just put it in a to-go container. He also never brought the Diet Coke I ordered. It wasn’t on the bill so I didn’t care. Maybe I’ll try in a few months but for now, it’s a no for me.
