The food was delicious, but the waitress who served us was not friendly. She was very rude and had an angry expression the entire time. She didn’t smile even once, and we felt uncomfortable with the way she treated us.
Overall the experience was underwhelming, first of all the server was rude towards us. I had people in my party who’s English was not their first language, she seemed very frustrated with them because she couldn’t understand their accent.
The food was good, I ordered the Rock and Roll and it was really good. The Crab Puffs had a weird aftertaste, I ordered these everywhere I go and this was the first time it had this taste. Would not recommend buying this item.
Near the end we were told that they could only do 3 tickets, that was fine as we split evenly, but then one ticket had a lot more items on them the rest and what each person ordered was mixed up randomly. The server also stood behind us waiting for us to figure out the checks with this mean look on her face. I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt since I used to work in the industry, but the mean looks we were getting was unnecessary.
The atmosphere is good, a nice place well decorated, people seemed happy, and wait time for the food was only around 20 minutes after we ordered. I would only recommend coming here if there are no other option you want.

I walked in yesterday to come enjoy a meal i ordered a cucumber martini and I was told someone was trying to get me in trouble for drinking “underage,” when i was overage the manager proceeded to give me my drink without asking me for my id. I saw the manager and showed her my id. I asked who is trying to get me in trouble she replied, “what’s tea?” I was struck because why would a manager even say that. So, unprofessional and the cucumber martini didn’t even taste like a cucumber martini management needs to do better. Horrible experience and the way the situation was handled could’ve all been avoided if management simply asked for identification.

Can be pricey but I enjoyed everything from the miso soup to the potstickers
Thoroughly enjoyed! We ate at the grill and enjoyed the dinner and show. We walked in and were seated right away.

Stopped by this Japanese gem and it did not disappoint! The fried rice? 🔥 Absolutely phenomenal—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.
👨🍳 Special shoutout to Chef Mario who made our night unforgettable! His energy was contagious, service was top-tier, and yes—he pulled off a legit rice toss trick that landed straight in our mouths! 🎯🍚 Talk about interactive dining!
👔 When we hit a little hiccup with the service, Manager Turquoise stepped in like a pro. Handled it gracefully and made sure we were fully taken care of 💯. Class act!
From the flavors to the flair, this place is a must-visit!

The food was good (that I was able to eat until the disappointment). The service from the waitress was unprofessional to the fullest, she was rude, she snapped a couple of times at me and her problem was???? Who knows?? I didn't appreciate that I was not given the courtesy as other patrons in the restaurant. (A Whole Group Was Seated Across From Our Group, she bought them complimentary water). I wasn't offered a drink, not even a cup of water, nor a menu, I had to ask for them. I understand that you have to be seated as a group, they (my co workers) were already seated when I got there. The management (Turquoise) told me that that may have been the reason. Then I still feel that (K) should have still bought me a menu and asked if I wanted a drink. When I tried to talk to her she would walk away or act like she couldn't hear me. I felt like I did something wrong because I had arrived late. I couldn't even enjoy myself because I had had it with her, plus this was my first time out after losing my sister 😞. And this experience wasn't what I expected being that this was my first time here at Shakura. Hopefully the management team can have a meeting with wait staff on being friendly to ALL of your patrons, giving your patrons full A+ Service. The manager did offer me a discount if I wanted to come back to dine in with them. As of now, it's a NO!
Btw the teppanyaki/hibachi cook was outstanding.

I saw food in the window seal where we ate at. Dust on the back on the seats and menu was sticky.

Great hibachi, it's the only reason we go there, it's dinner and a show😁. It's a bit pricey I've got at in any drinks but I think it's actually worth it
