So i went in with my girlfriend wanting to order a salad, because we love salads, expecting just a cool 20-25 dollar purchase. Turns out 2 small salads are not the advertised 9.99 price as displayed. The ladies were very rude after i noticed the outrageous amount displayed on the screen, and them not knowing that we speak Spanish, they were making fun of us in Spanish. 41 WHOLE DOLLARS!!! OUTRAGEOUSS. NOT TO MENTION MY GF GOT FOOD POISONING and had to take her to the ER where i paid more money out of pocket. Turns out the lettuce moldy and disgusting. Will never ever be coming here again, and hope to get some sort of refund for all of this.

The way she presents herself to represent this location from body language to your customers is very poor customer service. On top of preaching “have a blessed day” while utilizing it sarcastically.
Corporate should reevaluate who tenders out the order as she gave me the incorrect order, when the order was placed in person. Then she chose to blame someone else instead of working with her team to apologize and correct the order. I wasted 40 min of my lunch break because of this poor experience.
Check your meals prior to leaving I would advise. Sorry in advance to the other person who received the wrong order as I received theirs.

Make sure if you’re applying for the GM position Iris doesn’t brainwash you into believe in that she is going to hire you go through two interviews and waste your time because that’s how she is. She lowballed me into believing she was gonna give me the position and then came up with some sort of excuse that oh she had a family emergency, but every time that I called and text, she never once replied y’all make sure if you are applying for the GM position is a fake fake. She will lowball you. Ignore you take 56 days to reply to say oh I was gonna offer you the position but after the text, oh I’m not going to do that.
