First time here...the small option was reasonable. I would suggest to consider asking customers if they have been before and if not to explain the process as they go down the line, including how the dressings work. New customers ask for a sample of the items, even the dressing, so the dressing can be placed on your salad and not in a container. Otherwise, the salad I created was great!!!! The pesto chicken is very good.

I’ve been to this location several times and all were good. However,this was my first time since the store has been updated/ has a new look. There were 3 customers (including me) waiting to get salads and 2 servers- and it took over 20 minutes to get my salad to go. The server was very slow, had attitude, and either gave way too much or way too little ingredients. The manager came out and saw the situation, yet smiled and went back to the back. They were out of several ingredients, and one customer asked “do you have any fresher ingredients?”. The cucumbers were particularly slimy. The overall taste of my salad was mediocre- it did not taste like the salads I’m used to eating from there. On a positive note, I will say the second worker, equally young, was very polite and professional but stayed at the register side for the most part. My $12 salad was disappointing. They need active management who focuses on quality ingredients, customer service, and order expedition. With all the other restaurants/competition available, I won’t be back to this Salata location.

Too much dressing for a small salad. Small salad should have 1/2 scoop large full. They put a full scoop on a small salad. I could have drank the salad instead
This place was Very delicious if you like salads. Soo many options to pick from. I made the mistake of getting the larger bowl and by the time everything got added, I could've split it with someone. Very clean place and staff was nice and helpful. A little pricey for salad but you get a lot for your money.
