Extremely disappointed with this place. Got two salads and they put the same amount of food in the regular bowl as they did in the small. So what's the point of getting the regular? Ask for broccoli and they put two pieces of broccoli in the salad. They literally put the least amount of ingredients in the salad that they could. The steak tasted like it was two days old. Dried out like jerky. Then charge you $50 for two people. They didn't even have a drink machine! Go to Jason's deli and get the salad bar instead. Never coming back to this chain.

Did an online order and when I got to "Salata on Broadway in Pearland" my salads were not ready. The manager "Zulema" and one of her employees said that it is first come first serve on orders. I was the only one there that had a online pick up. They told me that I need to wait my turn because they needed to fulfill the orders that came in through the printer. That my order was not the first one that came in. I asked her to look at when she received my online order and she said they don't print out a time the order was placed for an ASAP order. Mind you this order was placed before 12:00 to be picked up at 12:00 for our lunch break. We had to wait till 12:30 to receive our order. How long does it really take to make a salad that you just throw into a container. I am going on a "Salata" strike and will be taking all my salad business to "Cava"!!!!!!!!!

Not offering water !! Been coming here over a year and more times than not the ice machine and water dispenser is out of order. Then cashier pressure s me into buying a bottle water. Tap water is not an option. Fix your ice maker for good

The water machine doesn’t work so you have to buy water bottle or sosa. The baked chips were not fresh. I highly recommend going to other salata

Salad was good but they are always out of something each visit. No Ice or water this time. Felicia is great. Terrance needs an attitude adjustment. He acts like he's doing you a favor just to ring you up and doesn't want to be here. Serious attitude like that shouldn't be in customer service.

First the accolades: Jamel is an A-1 service provider! If I simply rated the services rendered by this young man it’d be 5 stars across the board; HOWEVER, Felicia is a mood killer! She spoke to other employees, and customers, as if they were her children—to include using the “aht aht aht” sound we hear people use with children when they are about to touch something we don’t want them to touch—when talking AT employee Mohab. Her tone was condescending and she dampened my mood. This may be my last visit to this location b/c no one wants to experience that after a long day of work.

I have eaten at many Salata's in this area as well as the one on St. Simons Island, GA. I got my order to go and when I opened it up, it had to be the smallest regular salad I have ever had at Salata's. Certainly not a large salad and certainly not worth the price.
