I placed an online order. I walked in through the front, was guided to the back area to pick up my order. There was no one in that pick up station. I waited about 20 minutes before calling the restaurant since no one had stepped into the pick up room. it kind of feels like that area is used by employees to just walk into work but not an actual pick up area.

This eatery is at the top of our list . Five star facility : great food selections & great service.
We asked that the Chiefs prepare our Steaks a particular why .
Our request was done to our specifications & was delicious..

I was surprised by a beautiful friend and although I this is my second time at Saltgrass Steakhouse but a different location, the flavor, staff and atmosphere is absolutely wonderful too. They deserve an award for their commitment to customer service, the quality of food and menu selections. I love it y'all!

Very good experience. My mom had a filet and I had chicken fried chicken. Hers was cooked to order and delicious. Mine was good except a little on the salty side. We left happy and full and will be back

Stopped in today, service was awful, watched other tables seated and served before we even got water. We left the table after waiting and went to the bar for service and barstaff never even looked out way. THANKS FOR RUINING A PERFECTLY GOOD DAY.

I am writing to share my excellent experience at Saltgrass Steakhouse. Multiple people had recommended the restaurant, highlighting its great food and steaks, and it certainly lived up to the praise.

From the moment I walked in, I appreciated the wonderful aroma and the authentic Texas Steakhouse atmosphere. My server, was outstanding—very knowledgeable about the menu and consistently attentive. I particularly valued her excellent recommendations.

I ordered the ribeye steak and the ribs. The steak was cooked perfectly and was incredibly juicy with great marbling. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone perfect. I also chose the upgraded Smoked Cheddar Macaroni and the Truffle Fries, which were definitely worth the added cost. The mac and cheese had the perfect amount of cheese, and the truffle fries were surprisingly crispy with just the right seasoning.

Since it was my first time visiting and I mentioned I was from out of town, the manager, stopped by my table. She was extremely polite and offered me a complimentary appetizer for my next visit. She also informed me that all breads, soups, dressings, and desserts are made from scratch daily, which is a remarkable commitment to freshness and quality that I truly appreciated. When I realized I had forgotten to add upgraded mushrooms to my steak, the staff handled the change quickly and easily.

I was already planning to write a review when the manager asked me to, and I highly recommend Saltgrass. I would certainly encourage anyone to visit and enjoy a steak or anything else from their menu. Everything I had tasted wonderful.

The food here is very good if you eat in the restaurant itself. I eat here at least a couple of times a month and the food and service are always beyond exceptional. But do not order if you are using DoorDash or Grubhub because whomever packages the food is awful. I am always missing food items or the wrong items or it is cooked not to what I ordered. The food portion is small, today I got about the smallest salad ( which was only lettuce) with dressing with my steak order . Of course they missed the sautéed mushrooms entirely . The garlic mashed potatoes were so cold and were awful tasting which made me wonder if they had been sitting out for some time . When I called the restaurant to finally speak with a manager after being on hold for about 10minutes ( which I hung up and called again) this time I spoke with the manager and she could have cared less. They even tried to blame it on DoorDash but DoorDash send me messages they were waiting on the food and when they arrived at my home which was 7 minutes so no it was not DoorDash. So my recommendation is to go to the restaurant and eat inside the service will be good and if not then they will take care of the situation right away.
