Saltgrass is always a hit with my daughter and I. We stopped in for lunch last week. We had about an hour before we needed to be back on the road home. It was perfect! We had fresh bread. I had soup. Our food came out quickly and was perfect. The lunch portions are fantastic!
Came in for a special last minute dinner. We got seated pretty fast. The server was so kind but new to the menu. Service was ok until a couple of more tables got seated.Food came out wrong and in odd order. It gets very loud. We had to ask for everything several times. At this point he was no longer kind or apologetic. We had 3 to go containers as we just wanted to.leave at this point with all the mistakes. Waste of a visit. Food was good once we got the correct order.
We ordered off the Houston restaurant week menu. The food was hot, excellent, and plentiful. Service was very good, even with very busy time. Mixed grill was excellent as well as cowboy medallions.
