Sam's Boat Pearland

My husband and I called in an order to go. He ordered Blackened Salmon with asparagus and sweet potatoe fries, no salt. I ordered Sirloin steak (well done) with asparagus and sweet potatoe fries with no salt. They ended up giving my husband regular fries with salt and gave me whole potatoes. They stated that they no longer have sweet potatoe french fries, yet no one called us back to ask us what we wanted. Instead they made a choice on what to give us. We told them that we didn't want it and ordered a different side. They took the french fries and potatoes out of the container and placed them on a plate. We heard the manager tell the young lady to take it back to the kitchen where they can serve it to someone else. My steak was not well done. It looked almost raw in the middle and I had to come home and cook the steak. We don't believe we will ever eat there again.

The food was good the service was good and the atmosphere is fine. What I don't like and the reason why it didn't give five stars is their water stinks. Even causes the iced tea and the sodas to smell the same way. The water here is not filtered. If they would just filter the water and make it drinkable I'd give him five stars.

After 4 years of coming here I never made a review till now Kayley was my waitress today and she was so good to us even if it was busy. As long as she is there I will ask for her table.

Waitress was quick and friendly, food came out quickly and was very good. Lots of decor to make you feel like you're inside a boat.

Long story short my husband got over charged by a waitress we tried to explain and her and two managers acted or didn’t understand what we were taking about. The whole evening customer service was B A D. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say they woke up on the wrong side of the bed but food was cool and they honestly ruined my time there for the evening. 🙄😒😤😡

Fantastic food, my annual birthday place. Enjoyed every dish I've ordered! The hushpuopies are so good. Even my non-seafood eating wife likes it, the grilled chicken is excellent. Super service.

My order was two snapper meals to go. My wife and I could not eat the fish. It was card board hard and dry. The manager (GeO) was very inconsiderate. He said that many customers have complained. What was really concerning and alarming was, he did not attempt to make it right. I have never experienced that before.

Food and drinks were good, took a little time for service and the server had an unexpected incident and had to leave and had to deal with several of servers. But all in all was a good experience and dining. Will definitely go back. And hoping all is well with our original server 🙏🏾

Ordered crab cakes— they were very soft. Server was nice. Soft drinks were flat. Crab bites were very spicy and great! The Richmond location which I frequent has great food so I was expecting the same for this location

Our go to spot for fried seafood! They have the perfect blend of spice and breading from the shrimp to the catfish.

Crawfish season can get a little wild, but that's pretty much anywhere in the Houston area.

Due to the clientele, I wouldn't recommend this for kids when after 8p or on game days. Alcohol can get the better of folks...

The crawfish was good, food was salty, service as horrible, drinks took 20 minutes. I told Braelyn the manager about and it still was taking very long. We had to cancel our drinks because we were done with our food..

This evening was a little bit bumpy. My friend Connie & I had a small inconvenience; however, after speaking with Gus Lorzo, the restaurant Manager, he made sure to make it right. As a loyal Sam’s Boat customer I truly am grateful for his appreciation of customer service. Thank you Gus. :)
