Scooters coffee in Pearland was such a disappointment today! I felt compelled to write this review. I spend on average at this small business at least $7-15 approx 4-5 days a week, sometimes even more. Today I ordered a seven dollar cup of coffee and when I asked for a water they wanted to charge me $1.08 for water, I didn’t even need a cup. I am a regular they know my drink order. Then I just asked them if they could put water in my cup and they said they would since it was a clean and yet they were still going to charge me $1.08 to fill my cup of water. The poor guy was like I don’t make the policies. Well whoever makes the polices! This is ridiculous especially when a person is spending so much money on coffee!!

I've given this place two tries. Once on opening day and a second time a few weeks ago. The drive thru is pretty big and spacious so that's nice and the workers are very friendly. However, the coffee is disgusting. I've ordered a regular vanilla latte , a frozen Frappuccino type thing, and a turtle latte. It all tastes the same...nasty. The coffee tastes like it's fake like not genuine coffee like artificial coffee flavoring. I don't like it. The time I had the turtle latte it tasted like chocolate milk. I feel like I gave this place ample tries and overall I just don't like it. Nice customer service though. Oh I forgot to mention, they are a bit on the pricey side. It kinda stinks to buy a pricey coffee and you don't like it. All in all, good luck

Decent coffee. The Cappuccino tasted more like a Medium, Medium-Dark roast than a dark roast or espresso. The Iced Latte tasted more like a fast food coffee than a coffee shop. Overall, not impressed.

Ordered a flavored iced latte. It's disgusting. Undrinkable and it was expensive! Tastes like watered down old coffee with a tart aftertaste. Trashed after the first sip. Never going back.

If I could leave zero stars I would have. I had the worst experience going to this coffee shop. My entire order was wrong. They charged me for an ENTIRE extra drink. My cold brew was literally the color of snow because I asked for a splash of heavy cream they literally dumped a whole bucket in there.I asked her if she could fix that, she had an attitude, then found that my sandwich (I had asked for NO bacon because I have an allergy) had bacon in it. She was just going to take it off then hand it back to me. When I asked her what I was charged for she then told me about the extra frappe... after already charging me. Finally refunded me then driving off I hear her complaining about me as if I was the one who messed up the order??? and my cold brew still tasted like chlorine. Never going back.

Got a vanilla cold brew coffee with cold foam. It looked like tea and I immediately knew it was going to be bad. It tasted like water with a few drops of coffee. Disappointed, so will not be going back.

Good brews and small snacks/breakfast items. There is also a wide range of non-coffee drinks (which I appreciate). Good quality coffee served with a smile.The facility is a drive though only facility and the actual drive thru is a bit wonky. Depending on which way you enter, you'll have to drive around the building and may not be able to exit through the same driveway you entered.

1st time trying Scooter's Coffee. And my husband and I will definitely be coming back. We love mocha so we asked the lady what do they have with mocha. She suggested the Turtle blend (which i got) and my husband got a regular Mocha blend. They come with 3 shots of espresso which we have to have. And in both drinks you can taste the espresso and the mocha. 10 out of 10 for both drinks. And service was awsome. Our new favorite place.
