A little bummed about my last experience here. Requested a dozen donuts and tried to use the coupon that is regularly published but was told that it didn't qualify cause I had two speciality donuts, even though I was separately up- charged for them. The woman was very rude about it too.

I was very disappointed. I only eat donuts on very rare occasions. They have become an infrequent treat, instead of a daily indulgence. So I stopped here for an apple fritter to enjoy at home. I was shocked at the quality of it. It was flat and doughy. Like it hadnât been cooked at all. The flavor was okay. The texture was terrible. Worst apple fritter I ever had.
I donât normally post negative reviews, but it will be a long before I will have time to return to the store.

Weird vibes in this place. The guy at the register wouldnât move so I had to literally instruct him to get the donut my grandson wanted. I asked if he was high he laughed and said no I asked if he worked here long he said one yr. Very strange behavior

Would call this Shipley, in particular, a snap shot of Texas culture in a nut shell. Friendly warm service, old timers sitting in their usual spot while large Trucks and SUVs go through the drive-thru.

The service stinks! Isabel (I read the name from my receipt) who waited on me at the window acted as if I was bothering her every time I ask her a question she kept saying anything else anything else she couldn't even look at me directly in the eye it was very rude of her to rush me while I was ordering but she did not say any type of greeting hello or have a nice day when I left they really need to teach those people working there etiquette and have them go through a customer service training. It makes no sense if you don't want to go to work then don't go to work but please try to have a better attitude. It makes all the difference.

Simple order gone wrong. Bought a SS coffee cup with coffee and s/c kolaches. Low and behold... received hot chocolate and jalapeño kolaches. Associates seemed lost and confused. Very disappointed!
Stopped by after lunch today to pickup a mixed dozen donuts! Lady at window was very friendly and helpful, donuts were ok for being afternoon!
