I was in the area today and happened to stop by this location. I came in around 10:30 AM just to snack on a glazed donut. I was not expecting it to be hot and fresh. The Hispanic male at the register ensured I got a nice and fresh donut. It was very much appreciated, and I regret that I only purchased one. He was also very nice, which was a plus. The Shipley's by my house is incredibly disgusting and put me off donuts for a while. I think I will travel much further down Pearland for this location's donuts instead.

Elideth went above and beyond to take care of me! I don’t live in Pearland, but I was in the area one morning recently to take my cousin to an outpatient surgery appointment. I wasn’t looking for a Shipley but when I passed it I started craving those hot, fresh out of the oven, glazed donuts! Lol, I walked in & was greeted by Elideth, I asked her if they had any glazed donuts that were still hot? Lol, she smiled & said, “let me check.” She came back with one & asked me if it was hot enough? Lol, I said not really, so she asked me how many did I want? I said about six, so she went to the back & made me six fresh ones! I told her she didn’t have to do that, but she said the customers are the most important part of the business! I even offered to pay for the one she let me taste & she said I can just have it. Now that’s what I call EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service!

Every time … every single time I come here I get hard … crunchy kolaches it seems .. with no cheese .. I order ham and cheese but I get ham … and bread .. this was my last time here .. I’ll learn to make my own like I have on EVERYTHING since covid .. Tex mex .. I make it .. Bbq ? I make it .. Restaurants in general suck these days

It’s January 2nd and I went to this location at 8:00 am and requested fresh and hot glaze donuts and kolaches. The lady said they had fresh donuts and acknowledged my request. After driving off I discovered this was not true. The donuts were not fresh or hot and the kolaches seemed like day old. I usually don’t write reviews but this year 2025 I’m going to tell the truth. I do not recommend anyone visit this shop. Do yourself a big favor this year and tell the truth out these companies that are liars.
Not going back. Doughnuts were chill to touch cold, and I was overcharged...purposely. I saw that I was charged for specialty doughnuts repeatedly, but never for the plain glazed doughnuts. It wasn't worth going back in to complain in 90° weather.????

Me and my mother went up to shipleys this morning and the lady didnt return my mother card as well as gave us the wrong items we asked for. As my mother went back the lady was very rude and got very smart with my mother telling my mother how she know for a fact she gave it to her. Yall would do better using cash to avoid any problems like this. Now we looking at shipleys sideways because its looking very shady
